Called owners realtor and he said the owner has acknowledged the debt and veg will pay it. 2 weeks later got another letter from these "attorneys" and now the debt is 23K with late fees and interest and if WE don't pay it they are going to auction off our house that we bought. By the way we are new to Tennessee and thought what a bunch crazy people. So thank goodness for title insurance. They paid this debt and are going after the previous owner. My question is this, attorneys !!!! Why couldn't you go after the owner of the debt since 2012???? Why would you do that to a couple that just moved here? Seriously. I would never do business with this bunch if they were the last attorneys on the earth. Ya welcome to Tennessee-we will screw you for our ineptness!!!
