I was told by a friend that these people were awesome and the level of care is outstanding. Well long story short they did an exray and called to see if a oral surgeon could get me in elsewhere. There were not any openings same day and they knew how much discomfort I was in, so they pulled it out within 30 minutes of me coming into their office. Dr. Johnson was extremely professional, answered all my questions, performed a pain-free exam complete with x-rays. I really like how she took the time to explain each item to me while patiently answering all of my questions regarding each procedure. The prices were about the same as others in the area. I do have dental insurance and they immediately set to working up a treatment plan along with the costs and by the end of my first visit, I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding my dental care. My family and I have been going here for a few years, and my appointments always start on-time and everyone is so nice from the front desk, hygienist, and Dr. Seeley. The office is super clean and the staff seem to really enjoy their job (that is always important to me, as I have visited other dentists where I feel i'm a big inconvenience to everyone.) Checking out AFTER the appt. and the receptionist has ALREADY RAN OUR CREDIT CARD...not one mention of the price increase until we look at the receipt and say "what the hell?". THEN the receptionist fumbles with saying "we haven't made any price increases in 5 years". The point is....not once were we notified of this price increase and given the option to opt out or have a different option.
