She is extremely thorough remembers what we discussed during my last visit and has been very accurate in her diagnosis. On a side note she also remembers my family members and always asks about my adult children who live out of state. This is a very busy practice and if you have a minor problem and need to be seen that day the nurse practitioner is always available, but if you have a more serious concern as I recently did Dr. Cotugno will find the time to see you ASAP. Excellent physician and a caring individual.

I had to fast for this blood work. By the time I got so frustrated I left. I went to my car and checked my sugar and it was at 53! was very lightheaded and felt sick. I immediately went to get some food. How can a major practice of St. Peter's "health partners" be so incompeten? I'm calling out Karen Dorhety Wells and her nurse Oryannah on this. This nurse is always nasty to me when I message PA Wells. I had to switch doctors at this practice before, now I'm done with them completel.

I will say that I am not the easiest patient to work with, and every single time I call, they go above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met. At this point, I have lived all over the place, and I have continued to go back to Community Care family Medicine and Clifton Park due to the care that they have provided. I've been here for almost half a decade, and I would like to especially thank Kalynne (PA), Beth (Desk Admin), Angela (Desk Admin), and Fallon (PA). Thank you, for everything that you do for your patients!!!

Eric C Schnakenberg, MD I would not conclude that Dr. Eric…read moreC. Schnakenberg is an unsafe or untrustworthy physician solely because of the 2019 incident. But there is a legitimate disciplinary history that I would want to understand before making a decision. The New York Workers' Compensation Board temporarily suspended his authorization to treat workers' compensation patients on April 1, 2019. The stated reason was that he failed to respond to interrogatories from the Board. The Board said it believed this may constitute misconduct under the Workers' Compensation Law.

They start off by having you check in by asking you the famous questions that they asked everybody which is basically if you've been outside of the country if you been outside of the State that are under the quarantine ban New York State and then finally have you been hanging out with your covid-19 friends. As long as you answered no to all of those they take your temperature and they give you a little sticky note to give to the nurse who takes your vitals and you're on your way. This is a great setup and it works out well. They have their chairs blocked off so that you can't sit next to each other so what increases social distancing in the waiting area. The reason why I dropped it down a star is because the wait times have gotten really long and it's just a little bit one-sided in that effect because if you're late to your appointment you get canceled but they can be late to their appointment and we just have to deal with it. Now onto my Dr Jessica Berman MD. I will say this she is one heck of a doctor she has been seeing me now for probably 11 years maybe even a little bit longer and she has been on point with me all the time and she holds me accountable which is something that I need at times. My wife is also seen by her and my wife has nothing but positive things to say about the doctor. Both of my sons one is age 22 and one is 11 and they are both seen by her as well and she is an excellent doctor in every facet of care that is given to my family. The only unfortunate part is right now she's not accepting new patience but I do recommend this facility because if these doctors are anything like Dr Berman then they have an excellent practice on their hands. And it's Capital Care Family Practice. Thank you so much for listening.
