The auto teleprompter is an endless loop after responding to a series of pressing "1" or "2" for nearly five minutes before actually speaking to a human being about your case. The good thing is the call back feature which enables candidates to speak to a claims representative without being on eternal hold. How is it that all day long I'm trying to contact a representative to speak with and this system is always busy with high volume calls. There really no no to accept a call from 9 AM - 3 PM since I've been calling. This is really unacceptable. Seems to me they need to hire some people to accept calls I'll take the job. And when you go to your personal page and you send a notice no one responds to it so maybe you need to hide people in both areas pick up phone and respond to messages sent through the website. It's really ridiculous and it's I'm so baffled by it that since I've been unemployed I've only spoken to somebody one time even though I've had several questions and concerns one time I was able to speak to somebody. Really need to do something with the system this is 2026 with high technology and AI nobody can answer the phone just one live person.

I was going through the process and due to my current circumstance I decided to stay with my current job - but I can say that I was extremely pleased with the entire process and ability to put my resume out there to see some opportunities I never would have known about. I definitely recommend Walrath Recruiting to anyone who is looking for a job. It's not a 1 or 2 day turn around and BAM you're hired.. as long as you understand what this company does (provide a filtered and relevant list of applicants for businesses looking for the right fit) you can understand that this is a fantastic tool in addition to looking for a job in other avenues. He had me come into the office to meet him and so he could tell me about the position, which turned out to be at a very exciting, fast-growing and industry-leading company in the area. Robert coordinated everything and, long story short, I got the job. I've only been there about three weeks now, but I can say I've had three truly great jobs in my life, and this is one of those three (and in ways, this one's the best of them). I don't know how to express my gratitude to Robert and to Nesco for making this happen. Robert's a busy guy and hasn't always been as readily available or quick to respond as I might like (hence only four stars), but that's a relatively minor thing when viewed in the context of the amazing job he's helped me get. It's just something that might be helpful for other job-seekers to bear in mind. Be patient, and Robert and/or the Nesco team might well find you a job that's truly perfect for you. That's what they've done for me.
