The crew here at BMW from Cat at the front desk to the guys moving the cars and let's not forget Jeremy my service advisor are all amazing souls. Going here is not fun... it is because your property was or is damaged. The team here made me feel so much better leaving my hard earned money with them that it would be returned to me as if it were new. Well again, they did exactly what they said they would do. They went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling reassured, confident, and with full faith my car would be taken care of. If you are ever in need of collision repair... these guys are certified in almost all makes and models from the many accredited plaques I saw on the wall, and they stand behind their work and take pride in what they do. I cannot thank you enough for taking care of Ruby Jean "my car". When I have time to upload some pics of her in the daylight so you can appreciate the work they did I will add. Thanks again to the team at BMW of Mobile.

Several mechanics wouldn't make the repair because of the labor hours it would take and recommended a new engine for $10k. I was very happy with the work Carl's performed. Being a woman, most mechanics don't want to take the time to explain things as if I couldn't possibly understand. Carl explained everything in a way that I could understand. They did everything the quote said they would plus a few more things and only charged me the quoted price. I will use Carl's for any auto repairs in the future. I highly recommend them.

I told the guy doing the work that is was fixing to rain and that the lift wouldn't work if left out in the rain. He left it out in the rain anyway and the lift didn't work anymore. They wanted to leave it sitting outside over the weekend and then work on it on Monday. I refused, and made them tow it to their shop. Over a month later and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so they threw some parts at it and I had them return it to me. It didn't work when it was returned and the lift driver had to fiddle with it just to get it back in my warehouse. I paid for the service and the repair to one hydraulic cylinder ( which is half of the job they had originally been called out for ). The labor bill was outrageous and I called to have the charges explained to me. It took me a week to finally have that conversation because no one would call me back, or someone was on vacation, or they were in a meeting or hadn't arrived yet. We finally agreed that they would cut the bill in half and when the new invoice arrived , they had only reduced the bill by $300. I am paying that invoice and never doing business with them again. Since C&B took over the customer service has been lacking and the maintenance work they do is subpar at best. I suggest using anyone but this company.
