We called to make a reservation and were told on the phone and in writing that we had one month free. We arrived at the storage unit and there was a lock on the unit assigned to us and the owners items were in our unit. We had to wait for him to come empty his unit. Then we received our invoice and did not get a month free. When it was time for us to move out I asked the owner if he could please send me a copy of a seven day notice document that he said we needed to fill out and his reply to me was "no".

With the extra furniture that my folks would not need, they loaded into my cousin's Uhaul. Moving out was a super tight schedule and they did awesome. One item was broken in the move down to Texas, but the owner took care of it and made it right. I would definitely use them again.
