My vehicle was taken or should I say my home and my wife's home . For the last 2 years during the covid,it's Ben are home. Lost our jobs, lost home we lost everything . Never in my life have I ever felt so humiliatedlesser than a human being. treated with such disrespect the lack of any human compassion was unbelievable.I haven't experienced that since I was a child.disrespectful when they came to tow the vehicles . I offered to pay the the tow Bill. and have them tow it to a friend's residency which my friend complied by calling capital tow and telling them it was all right and that I had permission to park my vehicles there. I was just to tow two vehicles across the street one of which I was watching for a friend, a friend I promise to keep his safe until he come back. I don't know what I'm going to tell him tell my friend you lost the truck, how do I tell if my girlfriend everything she owns just rolled off there's nothing I can do about it. I told officers a Al-Anon my life is in the van . Everything you can imagine having in your home, keepsakes, my family photos my medication most of all the little things my girlfriend had left in the world . if I can pay for the towing that I can have the toad across the street to a friends whose own his residency and said it was fine both in agreement the tow driver in the police officer do it after getting a phone call from the property owner.the the tow truck driver told me he was in me $375 to take them across the street I asked him why.and his reply shopping because," You people "make me wait, you people $375 dollars in the vehicle there.and when they thought they were just going to be telling them to the intown yard they didn't think I was going to get to you confirmation you to have the vehicles moved over to the resident he was hooked up both vehicles . Hey Jessie go on record saying all four vehicles ran all four vehicles had keys. All for all four vehicles had a place to go. I had cash to pay. When I asked you how come it was so expensive and if he could break down the cost of two for me,once again he speaks to me with disrespect .the disrespect premier was the hardest because I treat everyone accordingly never disrespecting no one until I'm disrespected . Officer Allen was enjoying it the whole time.Relishing the pain and humiliation I was i enduring. the tow truck driver stands up turns himself around and yells out to the police officers Allen , impounded it .I quickly apologized you man and ask him why he tell him I did not mean to upset him but that I was angry because of money that he was taken from me was for my rent to get an apartment in October and I've been saving. I asked you if you had any compassion. no was his reply.than then my vehicle was drugged by the bumper across the parking lot we're after bottoming out she stops in the middle of the road he stops to adjust the load load,and pools away . And the whole time I was noticing my friends my name is should your head down. Wouldn't even look over at me what do you need any words of encouragement to try to ask me if I was okay. Was most painful indeed. Why was I need to feel less than a man. But when you're the biggest most powerful and apparently the best tow truck company here in town you don't have to do nothing you don't want to. I can't help but Wonder what horrible things happened in his life to make him such a horrible human being. And I would rather leave my vehicle on the side of the road than to ever call and ask them for help mighty trying day for me today. And I just want to say thank you capital towing an officer Allen for your services to your community, friends and neighbors. And I feel it's my duty to take whatever legal measurements I can to ensure that you never let anyone else feel like that again nothing less than a public apology to all the ",you people, " that reside here in my home to Alaska . I give them 5 stars, they had awesome service. I called the first time. They missed my call, called me back twice just a few seconds. After they missed my call, i had my 8 year old son and my mom with me. They told me, they might not be able to give us all a ride home. And it would be 15 to 20 mins. So we called a cab, the tow truck beat the cab that we called. And the tow truck driver, told us he could get us all home. He made sure to get us all home safe an sound. On the ride home, he was very nice talking to us like he had knowing us forever. Great guy, great company. Thank you so much to the team of Capital Towing. And thank you Errine. Terribly foul mouthed driver. Told me:That he has a big truck and can do whatever the fuck he wants too, after cutting me off on the bridge. After that he continued to call and harass me all day long. BAD SERVICE..... BAD OWNER. The guy is a HUGE douche. AVOID this company at all costs. Totally unimpressed. Had them tow my mini kubota tractor. Easier to load up than any car. Charged me 210.00 for what should have been 90.00. Said it was a specialty tow. What BS! read more
