So when it was time to sell our home and buy a condo, we went straight to Diane. OJ Mortgage really supports her - when she went on vacation, her manager stepped in and kept the process going. And I cannot say enough about Dee Norris, her loan processor. Dee is like a bull dog - just pushing through until every detail is taken care of. Only ding I would give them is they need to set up a way to securely send documents. I got around it by putting them on my OneDrive and sharing that folder with just them.
