As fate would have it, I took the car to the dealership for a recall and they discovered that one of the tires had a small bubble. I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to celebrate almost two years with the car by treating her to some new tires. I reached out to Chris who quoted me $1,200 (including manufacture warranty) for four thick profiled performance tires, which was $1,300 cheaper than the quote that I received from the dealer. Chris quickly placed the order for the tires and called me the next day to inform me that they had arrived. Since the establishment is generally very busy on the weekends, I decided to visit on a weekday in hopes for a quicker experience. Thankfully, there was only one car ahead of me when I arrived. Chris instructed me to pull the car into the shop and immediately began removing the tires (I'm always impressed by a hands-on owner). Less than 30 minutes later, the job was done and I was in the office checking out. As Chris implied, I can confirm that the ride quality of my car has significantly improved. Most recently, I took my car in for alignment after the installation of coilovers. We agreed on a date and time for drop off. However, due to some issues with my coilovers I was unable to make it to our first appointment and the shop was happy to reschedule for a later time in the week. During drop-off, the shop gave me a 3--hour window and the car was done within that timeframe. The alignment tech told me to drive it a few days and return if there was any issues. I brought the car back after a few days because it was slightly drifting to the right. The alignment tech stood by his work and addressed the issue free of charge. During my return visit, he again told me that if there were any issues to bring the car back, and he would address them. Needless to say, the staff here is friendly and professional! I would recommend a visit during the week as their weekends tend to be extremely busy, specially on Saturdays.
