I found these idiots on Kijiji under the Kingston area and booked them to move me with 3 weeks…read morenotice. With one week to go they contacted me to tell me that they couldn't do the move because I am in Kingston and they are only in Ottawa. When I booked the move I gave them a Kingston address at both ends of the move;I think that would have given them a clue that I live in ....Kingston! Apparently not! So I was left with one week to go to find another more competent company which fortunately I did. If they can make a mistake like this, just imagine what else can go wrong!!! There is no fixing stupid!

Many occasions has the admin team made mistakes with paperwork or information that the tenants need to provide. IPT uses a out dated system called "pen and paper" and are very slow to respond to any requests that the tenants have. Oh...and if you want to have friends over...they have to go through a background check and get finger printed (basically what it feels like). "Cannot have any unidenfied personell on premis" is what I am referring to....ask them about that. They make you go through an extensive background and reference application just to be an occupant. Sooo when you want to give your keys to a family or friend to look after your dog or cat while you are on vacation, think twice. That is an"offence" and you will be in trouble. No one is allowed in the building without letting them know who it is..... Also, A/C units leak all the time as they are outdated. So constant work needs to be done on flooring each and every year. Which makes your stay not enjoyable when half the time you are moving your furniture to let contractors enter your dwelling to fix floor damage. Not to mention the walls are very thin, and you can hear units above you. But if you are on the top floor or penthouse, your golden. It's open in July and by august too cold to use. One year they cleaned and emptied the pool just for us to stare at it and not be allowed to use it. This was after covid and they said it was under construction. Just for the construction not to be done right. Worst building in Ottawa to rent from. Rent is overpriced for such a shit apartment building. Drug addicts in and out, bed bugs, roaches and ants on every floor. Horribly managed and the property managers don't care about your concerns.

They never clean the parking lots after snow. They never answer phone even in an emergency situation. The building is smell like a garbage. I hate this place and I hope that my contract finish ASAP.
