I was not in a hurry to purchase and I took about 3 months to get the perfect cars. My first was a Mercedes E350 and my current is an Audi A6. Both cars had no accidents reported on them, had less than 3 owners and after taking them to my own mechanic the only thing I needed on them was an oil change. Mr. Holt got exactly what I asked for and did not try to put me in something just to make a sale. Mr. Holt ensured my cars were waxed, had preventative maintenance and the brakes and tires were both in good (new tires on both cars) condition. He also followed up after the sale to ensure I was still happy and I am. Do not let the location nor how it looks on the outside make you think this is not legit. Mr. Holt follows-up well, quickly and he keeps you apprised of what is going on. The financing will be based upon your credit. So if you have credit challenges be 100% upfront about it and have a deposit in which a bank will work with you. You already know if you have bad credit or no credit and will need more money down or a co-signer. Come in with the documents he tells you to and your cash deposit and he can get you into the car you are looking for. I also suggest to have patience as you will get exactly what you are looking for and it will not be junk. I have referred others as I was referred and the service has been consistently good service.

Owning a Mercedes never even crossed my mind. We took it for a test drive and that was it, I had to have it. Keith is a down to earth and honest car salesman, unlike some car salesmen. He answered all of my questions throughout the process and even took the time to bring the car to my personal mechanic. The car checked out fine, Keith got me approved for a reasonable priced loan. I asked a few people at work if anyone had bought their car at a used car lot and got told about Georgia Peach and Tiger Hunt. It worked out well for me because they had quite a few Toyotas on the lot and that's what I was looking for. I ended up buying one which had quite a few miles on it but was in pretty good condition. I qualified for their financing. They financed pretty much the whole thing for me with a low down payment. The price they gave me ended up being under $10K. The car's not perfect by any means but so far has had only minor problems. Gets good mileage and is holding up ok. All in all, I feel the experience was a good one. They treated me fairly, had a good selection to choose from, financed practically the whole thing for me, and got me on the road in a decent Toyota (nothing fancy) the same day. If someone asks me where I bought my car, I'd feel comfortable mentioning their name.

I decidedto go to Ford, which that's all I've owned anyway once I entered into the establishment I was greeted by Aramis the sales person. I immediately told him about my bad experience and then he told me that he would ensure my experience at this dealership would not be bad whether I bought a vehicle or not once I told him what I was looking for he immediately went to work by browsing through his inventory and then brought out a vehicle that was everything that I wanted it was a fairly simple process as my finances are squared away, and my credit is A+ plus, there was no pressure to buy in the sale and I also finance through my credit union. Unfortunately, for me, I had a medical event that prevented me from driving at the time however they allowed me to keep the vehicle there for about a week until I I was medically cleared to pick it up. I also had to utilize help from friends during this time of purchase and they were just as gracious to them. It has been over 20 years since I have bought a new vehicle and coming in dealing with a medical event that I previously had had was going to be challenging but diverse for itself especially Aramis and Bill were the ultimate professionals and I would definitely go back to them or wherever they go to get my next vehicle. Also, when I purchased the vehicle, my neighbor noticed a rubber piece was coming up as a vehicle was preowned. I took it back within two weeks of purchase and they corrected the issue which needed a new piece and I was able to get the new piece at no charge. Racist comments, threats, and humiliation. The worst dealership experience my wife and I have ever…read morehad. In February, my wife and I drove an hour to this Ford dealership to purchase a truck. We knew exactly what we wanted and were ready to buy. Our salesperson, TR, initially seemed friendly, but his attitude changed dramatically during negotiations. TR told us he would "lie to the dealership" to get us an additional $500 discount while repeatedly winking at us. As we continued negotiating, he became increasingly angry and made racist comments about people of my race always wanting everything cheap, saying that does not work in the United States. Then it escalated beyond rude comments. TR walked us outside and told us to come back another day. When we explained that we had driven an hour and could not simply return, he got in my face and threatened to fight me if we did not leave. I was genuinely scared and knocked on the dealership door to get help from other employees while he continued threatening me. Bill, a sales manager, came outside, told TR to leave, and calmed the situation. He treated us respectfully, convinced us to return inside, and closed the deal. Bill and Henry then asked us not to leave a negative review and promised our first service would be free because of what had happened. When I returned last Friday for that service, Benjamin in the service department was professional and helpful. However, the promised service had never been documented on my account, so he directed me to sales. Sales manager Mike told me I had to pay. When I explained the promise, he said Bill no longer worked there and Henry was not a manager, so nothing could be done. I then explained the original racist remarks and threats and pointed out TR, who was at the dealership. What happened next was appalling. Mike went behind the counter, TR joined him, and they started laughing while repeatedly looking at me. After approximately 20 minutes, I asked for an update. TR pulled a wad of cash from his pocket, held it toward me, and bragged about how much money he had. They eventually said they would cover the service, but by then the interaction had become another opportunity to humiliate me. TR said he would personally pay, continued showing off his cash, and made a condescending comment that I needed the money because I had driven an hour. I repeatedly said I wanted to pay for the service myself. As I left, Mike and TR were laughing at me again. I went there to buy a truck, not to have my race insulted, be threatened with a fight, or have someone wave cash at me as if I were beneath them. The fact that a sales manager participated in the laughter after I reported the original incident made the experience even worse. I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. Paying for a service does not erase racist comments, threats, or humiliation. Asking us to withhold a negative review and promising a free service also does not resolve what happened--especially when returning for that service led to more degrading treatment. Benjamin deserves credit for his professionalism, and Bill handled the original confrontation respectfully. But my experience with TR and Mike destroyed any trust I had in this dealership. I deeply regret spending my money here. Based on how my wife and I were treated, I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to take their business elsewhere. Dealership ownership and Ford customer relations should investigate both encounters. No customer should ever leave a dealership feeling threatened, mocked, and humiliated.
