I feel like I was the easiest client she could have asked for. I wanted a cut, no wash, no style, just a cut. Not to mention, I wanted it to be all one length, no layers and a tiny tiny bit of face framing so I could part it on both sides. I LOOK LIKE I HAVE A MULLET!! I'm so so so upset. I saw her going to cut layers and I said oh I don't really want any layers and she cuts and says okay so just like this? Okay... if you're gonna put layers in when I ask you not to, at least blend it. It's literally a mullet. She didn't show me the back of it when she was done, she probably knew I'd be pissed. While doing my hair, the stylists were speaking about me in Spanish, thinking I couldn't understand -- and it was obvious they were talking about me. That alone was unprofessional and rude. I will never return to this salon, and I don't recommend it to anyone who expects to be treated with professionalism or courtesy.
