He gave me the choice of removing the armrest and bringing it in on a Saturday morning or having them remove it. The latter would cost more (of course). Anyway, after doing some research, I removed it on my own and brought it to the shop on a Saturday morning (by the way, it opens at 8:30 on Saturdays). When I went to put my winter storage cover on my boat this year, I noticed a few issues with the cover. I had to stop the installation and see if he could help on short notice. He was able to go over the cover and repair the rips that were starting, reinforced the areas that was needed and replaced the necessary snaps. He was able to turn this around really quick and the quality of work was spot on. It looks like new and you can not even tell where the repairs were made.
