There was a curved root that made the process difficult, and the professionals performing and assisting the procedure did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible during it. As I was checking out afterwards a staff member thought I appeared a little unsteady and had me sit. I was then evaluated and attended to and assisted and watched over as if it was my family caring for me. I was told to make myself comfortable and to stay as long as I wanted. When I was later ready to go I was told to be sure to let them know I got home safely. I feel lucky to have found this dental practice and I will be staying with them and have sung their praises to friends and family.

Recently I had to replace an old oral appliance and Dr. Demarest made recommendations based on my sleep apnea. I've tried C-Pap machines but with claustrophobia couldn't tolerate that device, so with an upgraded mouth guard designed for sleep apnea I've had great success with the oral appliance as treatment. I'm one of those "chickens" when it comes to any kind of dental work and they've always been compassionate and patient with my phobias. A special thank you to the Practice Manager Beauna who helped me to navigate my medical insurance coverage for my oral appliance. But the moment I sat down with Dr. Esrawi, he immediately reassured me that it was absolutely no problem to fix and that he had a plan. The procedures were handled with incredible skill and care, and the results are life-changing--I have a confident, beautiful smile now. I used to be so self-conscious, and now I smile freely without a second thought. Dr. Esrawi is truly the glam of Miami but the consummate professionalism of New England. Went in with dentures needing repair, he sold me a new set for $9000, which he promised would replicate, but better quality of course. They had originally been made elsewhere and shaped to make my face and smile optimally nice, and I emphasized that the new dentures should be made identical. He acknowledged repeatedly that that was not a problem but screwed up the alignment (uppers to lowers) and shape the first time. He then still made the second set his own way and again clearly different than my originals. People, afterward, told me i looked much older. I felt like I threw away $9000 and lots of my time. I have been trying to get a refund since November. He at one point said he would refund me most of the cost, and now says its in the hands of his attorney. (I returned the dentures and started over with a different dentist). Although he will brag about being a "high-end practice" and "teaching this stuff at Tufts" (not found on the online faculty list though) I really have nothing good to say about him.

I fought with insurance, they declined to pay due to nature of this weird unneccesary visit. Second visit was a cleaning, as I arrive... I am told there is no dentist in the building, di I want to proceed? I work and had driven a half hour, I did the cleaning and they filed insurance. Third time I go- a normal cleaning and xrays. They want payment in full. I call my insurance company after the visit to try to be reimbursed and the insurance compny says no claim is filed. The front office also calls yo multiple times a week trying to fill cancellations, even if you ask them not to.

This included a visit to another office they work with for the root canal portion of things. Ugh. Everyone in Dr. Lynch's office was so nice. The Dr. himself seems to truly care about his patients and their comfort. He doesn't seem rushed, and shows a great deal of patience. (I'm not the best patient). My Dad and his wife have been seeing him for years, as have several other people I mentioned my visit to. Everyone had nothing but rave reviews. The practice is comfortable and well-organized. No one really wants to have to see the dentist, but if you have to it may as well be pleasant. This office fits the bill. Speaking of which...I don't have insurance so I don't know which they accept, but as is to be expected, payment is required when service is done. They were happy to explain what costs to expect.
