This was the worst dispensary experience of my life. I am a cancer patient and I have PTSD, so I mask with an N95. I went into the reception areas of the Cape Cod Cannabis Dispensary in Wellfleet. I said hello and put my ID on the table, and the receptionist just stared at me with a smile on, not saying anything. No greeting, no acknowledgment. I asked him what was up, and he pointed to my mask and said 'take it off or no entry'. I said I couldn't I was a cancer patient, he then told me to 'F*** OFF." The employee then followed me into the parking lot, threatening me with violence, calling me derogatory names and saying he would call the cops if I didn't get off the property. This dispensary discriminates against mask wearers. Don't go here if you are a medical patient or wear a mask. read more

On my last visit, Kayla assisted me with my online order pick up and recognized me when I came in. I didn't even have to say my name. It is so important to have great customer service skills & recognizing repetitive customers is an amazing skill to have. She went above & beyond to make me feel important. All of the staff have the same level of fantastic customer service & truly care about people coming in. Every experience I have had coming in has been great. I was planning on stopping by to purchase some goods from this place after our bike ride this morning but then we were accosted by their rude security guy for accidentally turning into their back parking lot which we wrongly assumed connected to the public parking lot close to the trail head. After realizing we made a wrong turn, we immediately turned around and this guy aggressively walked in front of our car as we were leaving the lot forcing me to stop the car just so he can threaten us because "he got us for trespassing". This guy clearly has issues controlling his anger because when we apologized, he didn't seem to accept our apology. I asked him why he was being so rude to which he replied with "F*€k off and never come back". It was an honest mistake but don't worry, we won't come back. We went to The Piping Plover where we were greeted with respect and kindness. I urge anyone reading this to never patronize this place if this is the kind of staff they employ. read more
