The best experience, my mustang had no cold air, had some work done in march. A few weeks later ,no cold air again, but I did not go back for three months. Well, to my surprise I was greeted with such a pleasant gentleman who fixed my car before. He checked everything out, even went under the car. AC failed on my car and had Cape Auto Air look at car. Amazing enough, they troubleshot issue without charging me. Most shops charge you a diagnostic fee. Fixed car for very reasonable price and ac working like new. Would highly recommend them. read more

Excellent job well done.. my SUV AC was not working they took their time looking for a leak and troubleshooting the problem. He wasn't able to find any leak and decided to change the two valves .. refilled for a reasonable price and didn't try to upsale unneeded parts. Honesty, sure enough, it was leaking from the valve.. Thought I needed a compressor went all last summer without air after another tire place that checked it went to cape auto air for another check up ,they took me right in and after checking said all I needed was it was low on refrigerant and had no leaks. My A/C went out and I called a shop I had used before, but they couldn't see me for a week. Called Cape Auto Air and they said bring it straight in and they would look at it. An hour later I left with a fully functioning A/C again. They checked thoroughly for any leaks before deciding I just needed a Freon top-up. Nice people to do business with. read more

I had my car at another shop having work done and when I got it back the air was not working and it had been before. Cape Auto Air diagnosed the issue to the other shop disconnecting the compressor and not reconnect it. The connector laying down in the engine had melted from the heat of the engine. Cape Auto Air replaced the connector and got my air running again. They went above and beyond by saying no charge after getting me sorted out so quickly. My car's air conditioning lost its cool and at this time of year, here in Florida, cool air is a must. So, about a year ago, I had this same thing happen and I took my Mustang to the big Ford dealership. Bad experience...they had the car for over a week...so I wasn't going back there. Cape Auto Care was recommended...so I gave it a try. I had an unbelievable, positive, friendly, fast and "did it right" experience. Stuart, the owner, was nothing short of fantastic. He immediately looked my air system, recharged it, and even found the two system line caps...that the "big Ford dealer" had not put back on the lines, but left them on top of the wheel well. I don't typically write reviews but i had to for this one. I have an Acura RL that was making whining noises. After a thorough inspection guys was able to diagnose and fix the problem that same day. I was explained in detail the reasons for the noise and was given options and fair pricing for the work. The guys here are polite, extremely knowledgeable and professional. When i left my car was driving like brand new no noise and very smooth. I have to say they completely EXCEEDED my expectations.
