They began showing up late without any communication-- sometimes an hour late! They also began doing a poorer and poorer job, leaving things they had initially cleaned well uncleaned. The final straw was when the crew of two, who were supposed to work for 2 hours (4 person-hours of work) stopped early after working for only 1 hr and 45 minutes. That shorted us by 30 person-minutes of work, yet they insisted we pay them for 2 full hours of work!
