Too a hour and a quarter to arrive, I had tried to ring to chase up but no one answering the phone, then the delivery driver arrives with the opening line I think the lids have come off your delivery and leaked, I told him I wasn't happy so he tried to ring shop again no answer, so he took half the cost of the meal out of his pocket and left me with the bag. Once I got it inside only then did I see the true extent I literally had a bag of liquid as everything had spilled out, there was nothing I could do other than take the lot outside and put it in the bin. I left feedback on Dragon Inn site asking for someone to call me and yes you guessed it nothing. Shoddy customer service and I am still out of pocket. Avoid

The items are a little expensive compared to some of the others around but the service and quailty are definatly worth the extra money. We have however had a few problems here when its come to delivery, they are always alot longer than they tell you they will be and a few times we have had the wrong order but apart from that we atill continue to go even though my husband insists on picking it up now.
