I moved here in 2022 to be closer to my workplace, I have had no complaints. If any problem comes up, I put in my maintenance report and maintenance comes to fix it as soon as they can same day or I speak with staff and they take it into consideration for improvements. The Trails also hosts community events to help with social interaction for neighbors, such as hot cocoa and cookies, food trucks, snow cones, movie nights, and more I could name. My favorite activity to do at the trails is walk to the lake watch the ducks and geese, which is helpful for my mind to slow down from all the hustle and bustle from a long day. This is my home away from home (2 bedroom, 2 bath). My parents have to beg me to come visit more than just every other weekend because I have become comfortable in my home!

The people in the office gave me an email to send pictures and quotes from window companies too. I never heard back from anyone from that email. Not even an email to verify that they received it. Someone from the office called me about 2 weeks later saying they hadn't heard anything and that they took it higher than whoever the email was. Didn't hear anything back from that so my bf went to the office about a week or 2 later and they gave him resident relations number. Resident relations called the office while I was on the phone and the people in the office said they had no plans of paying. But when I just talked to them they said it wasn't up to them and they hadn't heard anything. I go to the office to see what's going on and the lady that resident relations had just spoke to 10 minutes prior was gone so they said they'd get her to call me the next day. Nothing! No call the next day. I had to call them. She tells me that they're not responsible and gives me resident relations number again. I call them AGAIN and they say the same thing. I'm pissed at this point because y'all did all this when in the beginning I'm pretty sure y'all knew at the beginning that y'all didn't want to pay. So basically just giving me the runaround for no reason. So I get my mom involved. The lady in resident relations is rude to her & so we ask to speak to her boss and she said we'd get a call back in 1-2 business days. 3-4 days pass and no calls, so I call. This lady is rude. She says there is nothing they can do because no one saw the rock hit the window. Lady, you can clearly see the small hole made by the rock. Before I parked my truck it was not there. So she sits on the phone and literally argues with my mom. Very unprofessional. I would understand if someone hit my truck and they were saying they weren't responsible but someone you hired shattered my glass and you don't want to take responsibility? I definitely won't be renewing my lease.

It's a remote location for people who want to hear some other people other than their dogs howling or getting disturbed by a cat purring on your lap! No kids! No kids! These guys were incredible. He had previously hired a big name brand company to help us unload our…read moretruck and they came unprepared without any dollies. This was the exact opposite experience. They were early, come prepared and with great attitudes. They were so efficient they unloaded our 26 foot truck, 16 foot POD and helped us move furniture into my wife's office across town, all in 3 hours. Would hire them and wouldn't think twice.
