I very infrequently write reviews but the food here was horrible. The service was excellent, people were cancelling left and right and people kept walking up and the wait staff accommodated all. We ordered a meat plate to share to start. There was a fair amount of bread, which was the only redeeming quality. The assortment of meats was not great, only a little prosciutto and the rest were very fatty and off putting in aesthetic, texture, and taste. The raspberries that accompanied the meat plate were underripe, very sour, pale in color, and left me grimacing. I ordered a shrimp salad which you would think is impossible to mess up. Unfortunately, I was proven wrong. The shrimp were served head on, but only half had tails for whatever reason. Overcooked was an understatement. These were bitter mush and so small once you took off the heads, plus there were only 4. The salad must've had no oil and just balsamic plus more of those horrible raspberries. My friend ordered a tuna steak which was about as cooked as canned tuna, but with less taste. Somehow the veggies were mushy and over cooked as well which shouldn't have been a surprise. It desperately was begging for salt. The wine was fantastic, highly recommend. From the region and it was called bico amarelo esporão. Once again I want to emphasize the servers were very attentive and it wasn't their fault the food sucked. We ordered seafood but I have mad beef with the chef(s). read more
