The first time I was in mediation with him, he was condescending, rude, and lied to me. He tried to pressure me to agree. I am a domestic violence survivor and when I walked out of there, I felt re-traumatized. When he served as arbitrator in my case, he continuously gave my ex-husband extension after extension, despite court orders being clear on the amount of time he had to reply. For whatever reason, he was clearly 100% biased towards my ex-husband despite clear proof of domestic violence, lying, and manipulation. Any statement I made, he required me to back up with an insane amount of evidence and if my ex said anything, he believed him fully. Mr Badgley even went as far as claiming my child's dr was making up a need for testing to make money, simply because my ex didn't want to pay for it. It was only after I showed additional proof that yet another specialist with no connection to the first, prior to me even filing for divorce, agreed with the need for the testing that he relented. AWFUL.
