Why is the Earth on the ceiling??
Riley M.

This was our first time zip-lining and it was so much fun! There are only about 8 or 9 lines to zip on, so it doesn't take very long. At about the 5th or 6th one is the highest hiking point. After that, it's mostly downhill. We went off-season in September so it was basically empty, which was great. We had everything to ourselves and time to chat with the awesome guides. It was just my family and another couple. The guides mentioned that during the busy summer season the groups can be as large as 20+ people, which could take quite a while to get through everyone. The view during the zips is incredible. The guides make you feel safe and will tandem with you if you're uncomfortable. They also go with you if you choose to go upsidedown or do the Superman, which I strongly recommend you do. Afterwards, they have a tequila tasting and we bought a few bottles of the sweet ones because they were delicious!

What an amazing experience! Did Zip Lining today with my family & had tour guides Paul & Martin. Not only were they very informative & make us feel safe (since we were 1st timers) they were funny too!!! You do a total of 9 lines with hiking in between. I highly suggest BUG Spray. Eat before you go & be hydrated. They offer water to you at different locations since you can't take your backpacks with you. Would 100% do it again! The views are amazing!

My email reservation confirmation stated clearly it was included- they then sent a response after we complained with a Spanish version of an email and stated our tickets didn't include the payment. So disappointing that they wouldn't do anything even with a copy of the email in person. They completely stated a differed response and stated they hand typed the "wrong" information into our original reservation receipt email. How is that our fault that they sent an email that clearly states our tickets didn't include included payment then collected the amount again stating we had to pay again if we wanted to go on the tour.

Get off the bus sign paperwork. Get on another shuttle. Show up at the park and they led you to the vehicles. They kind of explained quickly how to drive the vehicle. It's all automatic. It's pretty invigorating the winding pass. But once again, really no comments about anything. You end up at the waterfall and you have to walk down a very steep embankment to take some nice photos after crossing the largest vehicle bridge. Once you return back, they have a restaurant that you can buy your lunch at and they give you an hour to spend there. There was a tequila tasting, but again there was no direction it was located in other area and we did not know about it until we left. It was a great experience for memories, but it definitely could be better in the sense of trying to explain to people what is going on instead of just going two point a to B to point C.

It was an unforgettable experience that I've checked off my bucket list. As someone who's absolutely terrified of heights--so much that I close my eyes every time--we tackled this thrilling adventure head-on! Despite my fear, I had a blast and can't wait to do it all over again. Tommie, on the other hand, was a total daredevil! He embraced every moment with his eyes wide open and a huge, radiant smile in every photo. This experience is unlike any other, and it's one you'll treasure forever. Whether you're sharing it with your best friend, your fiancé, or family, I can assure you that you'll all have an absolute blast! The price was super affordable, and the trips are tailored to fit your needs, which is so appreciated. Your admission includes an exhilarating nine ziplines weaving through the lush jungle in the stunning hills of Puerto Vallarta. Plus, they throw in free tequila tasting! I don't drink, but Tommie, a casual drinker, had a great time sampling about six or seven different varieties, and they were incredibly generous with the tastings. They even sell the tequilas right there! The guides--Jose, Jorge, Brian, and Efrain (the photographer)--are true experts who genuinely care about your safety and go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing time. Heads up - they will mess with you. Expect them to shake the lines! Lol. The ziplining tour included a ride up the mountain, brief instruction, a restroom and restaurant stop, 9 courses of lines, and a good hike, totaling about 3.5 hours. It was worth the cost, and the experience was very pleasant, despite my fear of heights. I also appreciated the purified water bubbler and rest area at some of the stops, as it allowed us to catch our breath and hydrate. The optional photo package and cost of lunch at the end was kind of pricey though (photos: Mex $1150, lunch for 5: Mex $2553) but you are not allowed to bring your phone, so it's the only option if you want photos. I think the only improvement would be more communication about where and when to look at the camera. A lot of my shots caught me facing the other way, which was kind of a waste, having paid so much for pictures, and I feel like that could have been easily corrected with some instruction.

My guide, Diego, made everything feel easy and relaxed and brought water and snacks to enjoy during breaks on the water. We spent around 2-3 hours on the water, so it's great for those who are at least somewhat physically fit. The guides are pretty flexible about taking breaks as needed. The tour included snorkeling in bioluminescent water (which was very fun) and they took great photos of me paddling, (included in the package). After several hours on the water, they offered freshly-made pizza and other food for a cost, which was the perfect meal after a long time on the water. The whole staff was friendly and made me feel welcome especially since I was a solo traveler. It was a great value, would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

We also did some snorkeling at the marine sanctuary and saw a trigger fish, puffer fish, and other tropical fish. And we saw many bird species nesting on the rocks, including blue-footed boobies, and baby pelicans. Frigate birds were soaring overhead. They provided water and snacks while out on the water. German also gave us some history and context of the islands at Los Arcos (stories of love and lightening included), and explained some of the biology of the animals. It was moderately physical kayaking out to Los Arcos, but you can go slow and take rests as needed. And when we got back they surprised us with an amazing spread of fresh fruit and homemade cookies. Oh and they documented our outing with photos during the adventure. Definitely recommend this place!

If I could do it over again I would probably have hired the guide for half the day, just so I wasn't having to stop and get my phone out at every trail intersection. They were building new trails and I look forward to headed back down there asap..
