The flawless layout was perfect for our 8-month-old baby to crawl around and explore safely. The bathrooms were large, functional, and truly luxurious. The kitchen was a chef's dream, with plenty of counter and cabinet space.  Now let's talk about the best part: the pool area! I am a nursing mother with an infant. It was so nice to be able to go into one of the private tents and relax with my snacks and lay down with my baby while she nursed in total privacy! We spent every day just lounging by the pool in our little tent. This was something that I had never seen before in any other community, and it was quite revolutionary, proving Novo's commitment to creating a family-friendly atmosphere. It was heaven. The pool was amazing, too! It was super clean, large, and perfect for days of family fun!  I can't stress enough how amazing staying at Novo was. Shout out to Carolann and Jim for being so helpful and kind to us during our visit!

Proceed with caution when renting from this property management group. I lived in one of their…read moreunits for over two years, took great care of the property, and left it in spotless condition. Always paid rent on time! During my tenancy, I experienced ongoing cockroach issues that appeared to come from a neighboring unit. Despite repeated extermination efforts, the problem was never fully resolved. Due to a work transfer out of state, I had to terminate my lease four months early. I was charged $4,109 (two months' rent), even though the unit was re-rented within two weeks. Because I signed an early termination agreement, management declined to negotiate the charges or consider the unresolved pest issues. They also would not offer a payment plan and indicated the balance could be sent to collections. Prospective renters should carefully review lease terms and understand policies regarding early termination and maintenance issues before signing. They will also tow cars without a prior notification even though you are REQUIRED to have sticker issued by them. RENTER BEWARE!!!!! Read all reviews thoroughly before signing!

Staff will act like you misunderstood instead of owning a mistake they make. They have a "wait…read morelist" for garages but somehow you can skip to the front. Not all garages are same size but come at same price. No ada parking really. Visitors park in resident spaces because no one manages it. Kids smoke cigarettes in the hallway and tear up amenities after hours. AC goes out often I just started fixing myself. In less than 6 months they've needed access to my unit over 3 times. For me a garage in my building was priority number one. Made that clear prior to moving in. They made it clear that maybe a long time, after moving in. They rented me one on other side of the property no waitlist. Double charge me for it first month i got it. Then offered to put me in front of list for my building. I follow up next month to see about status of a second garage i'm back to 7th on the list lol somehow i misunderstood what they said. I understood very well staff just over promised then gives me the option of a garage in my building which was nice; however, i have to transfer everything from the other one and it's significantly smaller. What about the waitlist i guess i got to skip but only if i transfer ? I had to find that out after accepting to transfer the garage offered is much smaller. walking from building 5 to building 1 everyday is ridiculous. I'm easy going tenant who even rented a 2 bed 2 bath when i only need one because lack of ground floor units available at the time. I rented a garage on other-side of property no complaints. Was willing to rent two garages for one in my building and additional space. My complaints started when they move me to front of list then next month tell me i must of misunderstood i'm 7th on list back to skipping everyone on list but only if I transfer lol can't have two garages need to transfer all my things to a much smaller garage. I ended up just having to keep the one on the other side. Since they won't rent me two garages because the one offered in my building is unfortunately to small to fit everything. internet here they offer 2 gig service so i got it never had a connection even close to a gig. If your handicap considering moving here, i wish u luck there really no handicap parking and getting garage in your building is sheer luck
