I have been shopping at this location for about 2 years. My overall experience was good, until I…read morebought Dart Pods that are only useable if one has the accompanying battery. At the time of purchase, I was not being told that the batteries were not available. They were not available for months. Finally they came back in and ofc I had to buy one so I could use the Dart Pods that were sitting at home unusable. Long story short , I brought the battery back to have it exchanged and was being told... MUV doesn't carry that product anymore. I was able to get a credit after being told how lucky I was to even get it and then the credit had to be used up in one go, because their computer system does not allow a credit being issued in increments? The attitude of the manager at this location was not professional. There was no, I am sorry, but a "be lucky that I issued you a credit". Take your business elsewhere. There a more dispensaries... after all this is a business and the practices as well as the attitude of the manager is questionable.

When I arrived, he had already reviewed my records, he asked questions he needed clarification on and it was a quick and easy process. I would like to add this, make your appointment far enough in advance to allow the doctor to review your documents (I believe I gave it approximately 3 days). Ensure the paperwork you provide has your medical conditions documented in writing, you are gonna have to show proof. Be sure bring a copy of the documents with you on your visit, technology doesn't always work on our side. Providing all of the information he requests prior to your appointment will help the process. Overall this was an amazing visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Glider, he is a true professional. The entire staff made it a pleasant experience.
