Best dispo around, with cycling products and trusted veteran vendors, you can't go wrong. I get my impressive products here and any equipment for it too. They have at the desk deals too!! Stopped into Bud & Honey in Manhattan looking for a disposable vape. The experience got off to a…read morebit of an odd start. When I walked in, a guy approached me while on his phone and drinking a Red Bull, and I honestly didn't realize he was an employee at first... no identifying clothing and not exactly an attentive first impression. They had a $25 vape listed on special with "three left" in their tablet ordering system. I was the only person in the store, so it was a little confusing when, by the time I got to the counter, they were already out. They offered a different strain from the same brand, and when I asked if it would be the same price, I was told yes. When I went to pay, it rang up at $35. I asked just to confirm, and sure enough, it was more expensive. Not the end of the world, but between the inaccurate system and the miscommunication on pricing, it made the overall customer service experience feel worse than it needed to be. In a place like Manhattan, where you can practically throw a rock and hit a cannabis dispensary, consistency and clarity matter. Based on this experience, I'd probably look elsewhere next time

They actually carry Kandypens Rubi replacement pods, the first thing I needed. I also needed e-juice, as I was running low, and they have a variety of my usual NKD salt preferred choice. I scored that just as easily. I usually shop online for my products, but this place is the best 2nd option for me since its close to my job and they dont overcharge. Prices are good compared to other vape shops since they dont charge tax as I see it.

When I pointed it out to them, they didn't give me a refund for what I was overcharged for. The sales dude try to tell me the tax is higher because I bought two products, which is bs. If they're charging other people the same wrong percentage, imagine how much extra money they must be taking in. I asked for a direct number to the owner/manager and they just give me the store number. Plus, I hated that a bunch of 20-somethings walked in and out and they did not get ID'd, but I got singled out, even though I was around their age. Could be because I was the only woman and I'm young so they were trying to pull one over me. Who knows, but what I do know is that it's been reported to consumer affairs and I'll never step foot in there again
