I am disappointed with my experience with Aguilar Brothers Lawn & Landscape. I scheduled a lawn…read morecleanup service, but it was repeatedly canceled with little or no notice. I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

I have used Dun' Dirt Cheap Lawn & Landscape for our lawn maintenance and yard clean up services…read more Their team is extremely professional and timely. They actually care about our properties. Our flower beds needed major landscaping work. The team cleaned out the beds, pruned the plants and mulched. We also had trees and plants outside the flower beds trimmed and removed as well. Grass seed was planted to cover bare spots and it's growing in nicely. They also provide our regularly scheduled lawn mowing. The pricing is reasonable and they are always willing to work within our budget. Our yard at home and our families' properties in Sand Springs and Bixby are looking fantastic! I will recommend Dun' Dirt Cheap Lawn & Landscape to everyone.

I have low swampy areas and the wide expanses are "lumpy." they blamed it on the rain/mud... but they were the ones who chose to do the job when the ground was wet and rain was in the forecast. I pointed out issues along the way and was assured that they would get fixed. even after they were done and I pointed out issues I had, they said they would come back to address them -- but of course didn't. I can't say I'd recommend them for grading or sod laying... if you need something simple, they might do a fine job.

This room easily accomodated our group of approximately 50. It was a nice place to meet. A hotel guest complained to management that we were making too much noise so after three songs had already been played, we suspended the two piece band. Each morning, Comfort Inn served us a full breakfast buffet of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, yogurts, & juices. Several breads, bagels, and mini pastries were available. No wide selections in each category but the food was all good and substantial. The two attendents were helpful and kept the breakfast room clean and the buffet line replenished. Our bedroom was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced at $89.00 per night for a room with two Queen sized beds. Awaiting the arriving guest in the lobby is a container of Iced lemon water and coffee. Unfortunately, in mid-afternoon when we arrived, the coffee container sputtered. Not long after, new coffee was made.

Warning stay at your own risk!! And buyer beware!…read more PSA This review is my personal opinion and it is based on my experience . The property is dated, but doesn't look particularly bad. I stayed at this hotel, and when we checked in the staff was courteous and nice. But that all went as they say south. When the first night I was woken up about 3 o'clock in the morning, with painful bites and an severe allergic reaction. Our medical professional said that they were bedbug bites. When I brought this to the hotel employees attention at 3 o'clock in the morning he was very polite and showed concern. He said that he would notated, and the hotel took this very seriously, and that the manager would contact me the next day. And that they had just gone through a infestation, and that's why the beds were all wrapped in plastic The next day, I waited 13 hours and never heard back from either the staff or the management of the hotel in a plan. They offered to move me to another room, which made no sense, because they would then infect the other room, with the bedbugs from my original room. I decided not to stay at the hotel I know Shocker. There was never any empathy or concern from that employee, the aforementioned, older lady, or the manager of the property. They were just nasty and accusative, as if I had done something wrong. by bringing this issue to their attention. It also bears mentioning that at least eight other guest had been bitten in their rooms. It is worth mentioning that I have stayed in hotels, literally all over the world for work and pleasure. And sometimes these things happen. I was not blaming the hotel, necessarily as much as I was looking for a solution. Protect your self, and your family, and do not stay at this property. It's hard to trust a property and management that has zero concern for their patrons. There are three amazing properties, in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Two of which that I've actually stayed at an highly recommend in no particular order, those properties are 1, Hampton Inn by Hilton (I would qualify this property as a 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 stars. The property is clean, modern and the staff our friendly and helpful) 2, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott (I would qualify this property as a 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 stars. The property is clean, modern and the staff our friendly and helpful) 3. holiday inn and suites. I have not had the opportunity to stay at this property, but I have had co workers That have stayed at this property and have said it was lovely.

Virtually no communication is initiated by him as to why he never starts when he says he will. We gave him over 14 THOUSAND in deposits for french drain and astroturf.i guess that's chump change to him and gets you put on the back burner? First deposit was Jan 31st, 2023 for the drain. still after 5.5 months nothing had happened. Getting alarmed, i asked where was the astroturf, since its not here in my yard. He said it had come in and was at SiteOne in Bixby, and even gave me the address!I went there twice, and verified there was no turf, nor was any waiting to arrive .JUNE 1st i asked for receipts for all materials he had purchased so far.Of course, none transpired. after waiting 5.5 months, we finally asked for our deposit $ back. which we got. At the final meeting, he had the audacity to ask for over 1K for blah blah. Of course we said "NO, there's nothing in the contract about that and doesn't he know whats in his own contract?" Then, he actually said this, "dont u think i deseve it for all the work i did?" Stupidly we read and trusted google reviews. I'm old enough to kown its a red flag when a company cant provide real life references. As i think back noiw, maybe he needed the 14thousand $$ to get by for 5 months and never really was going to do anything. Lesson learned??? Ask for old fashioned references and CHECK THEM!!!
