Sitting in the restaurant, oddly I think is one of the few restaurants in Tijuana that has the open view of the city without all the crowding. It felt like I was in US still. Very pleasant. Now the food, I order Picaña steak plate (it is the closest to Brazilian here)and Caesar salad. Surprisingly, the preparation of the steak, veggies and mash potato was pretty good. The steak was cook just right in keeping the fatty side at the edge of the steak which picaña is known for. The combination of the entire plate was very good to eat. The service was well attended too. The receptionist and the servers are very polite and well trained. This is definitely a comeback place for me.
