Worst groomers ever!!! Do not use them They are not professional and do a terrible job and have no follow up nor do they care about customers. Took forever for them to respond to appointment requests (3 weeks). Which you must do online and then wait for them to call you back to book a date and time. First groom with them - I have a long haired pomeranian - it was okay but not great 2nd groom - terrible - worst in my dogs 10 years. - I asked for NO trimming unless absolutely necessary - Jessica obviously just doesn't care and has no idea how to groom - she hacked at her without even trying to untangle - total uneven mess - her belly hair was cut off unevenly and she missed trimming her dew claws, she shaved part of her tail - obviously KNOWS NOTHING about grooming a pomeranian or any double coated dog. Called and got Carl. He apologized and said they were getting new groomer who knew her stuff, so I agreed to try again and booked another appt. 3rd time - I show up at 9am and guess what - they arent there. no show - I call Carl who says he doesn't know why but asks if he can call me back to rebook - and has NEVER called me back - that was a month ago.
