DISGUSTING! They board dogs but you can tell their priority is the grooming. THERE IS NO GRASS!! Indoor kennels have concrete floors and only a concrete slab outside for the dogs to poo and pee. I guess the concrete is easier to hose down. My dogs are both housebroken. They NEVER poo or pee in the house! They must've been forced to use their kennel as their restroom and probably had to lay in it because they both looked and smelled like they'd had a bath and I didn't request it. The employees covered it up by bathing them! I suspect they were totally ignored in the kennel until the grooming dogs were done. Both dogs started showing signs of illness and symptoms started the day after I picked them up from being boarded. $350 in vet bills. One had Gastrointestinal infection and the other had Bronchitis!! The vet confirmed they most likely got it there. That's the only place they'd been around other dogs. I'm still reaping the negative effects from the stay...my female has peed on my floors numerous times since staying there! This place is run by youngsters who don't know what's going on with the boarded dogs. They are disorganized and don't offer any information on how your dog did while staying there. When I went to the back to get my dogs, the smell of feces and urine in the kennel area about knocked me over. It was disgusting! They had hoses strewn all over and several kennels had poop and what I guessed was pee in them. My dogs RAN across the street to the grass and peed and pooped right after I picked them up!! It was 11:00a.m. They opened at 7am. I suspect my dogs had not been out since the previous night...if then! Don't trust this place! read more

We moved to Russellville this year and went to Canine Design because we heard the groomers could do a Scottie cut. We have boarded our dogs several times, once for a period of 4 weeks. The dogs love going there because the staff play with them and each has someone that thinks he/she are the best dog ever. We like the fact that our dogs get a lot of attention and care while they are there. read more

I always bring my dogs to them. They do a wonderful job and are very flexible to fit my school schedule. I wish they would put bows on her ears, though, instead of the hankerchief, although I know why they don't. read more

This place is wonderful. I have been to just about every grooming salon in Russellville and have been disappointed in the quality of work, until i found this place. I didn't even know they where here. They where great with my 8 yr old poodle. Every place i have went to have clip this girl unevenly and didn't know that there are more poodle clips then shaving them off. I took her into Canine Design and they where professional and seemed like they knew what they where talking about. When i picked her up i was so pleased. She was beautiful.
