Rocky was picked up on Wednesday, and they made their way to N.H, while dropping off dogs at other stops along the way. Our He arrived in New Hampshire the following Monday. JJ was thoroughly brushed/combed out, nails trimmed, ears cleaned then into the tub for a very scrupulous bathing and not to mention anal glands expressed. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I had read the reviews on their site and they look positive, so I ignored the negative yelp reviews and trusted the replies from the company regarding the negative yelp reviews. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They were supposed to pick my dog up last week on the east coast and bring him to TX. 1 hour, ONE hour before they were supposed to get him they texted to say that driver had decided the night prior not to stop in PA where they were supposed to get him and he wasn't getting picked up!! They made up a story (it was an obvious lie because the facts didnt line up AT ALL) about why he didnt stop. To make it worse, they said they would follow up with other pick up times, NOT that I would use them after that, and couldnt even be bothered to do that. Also, they ask for 100% payment up front. Thank goodness I did not agree to do that, as that is never how delivery works ever, or I would be out $680 and there is no way I would be getting that back from them DO NOT USE, DO NOT TRUST. read more

The breeder recommended 4 paws on wheels. They quoted me a fair price and I booked them. After reading some reviews I was very concerned. However, They were great ! They scheduled me quickly, kept me up to date on traffic and time changes. We hired this Co on Nov 17, 2022 expecting our pup to arrive the 26th. Never had any contact after payment. Waited, then they said they would pick up the dog wed from the breeder but proceeded to tell the breeder they weren't sure . My ass, when you do a service you need to follow through. Finally got a hold of them and canceled... When you get paid for a job people expect you to do it not dilly dally around and him and haw. I will never use this Co and neither will the dog breeder I received the pup from. This Co has cost us a lot of money as we have to fly out and get the pup now. Don't waste your time with this Co they are not responsible and does not stand by their word or communicate with you! We did receive our refund in full. read more

Hired them to move a dog from Texas to Jersey. Payment had to be made up front & then communications were spotty at best. They said pickup would be Monday evening & we still hadn't heard from them as to "when" Monday evening when Monday evening rolled around. DO NOT RISK YOUR PET WITH THESE PEOPLE When my dog arrived she looked traumatized. The van pulled up to deliver my dog and i couldnt believe it, was an old filthy van with wires hanging down the front.This was not the pretty white van shown online with the logo on the side. When the couple opened the van it was dark and smelled of urine inside. There were so many crates of dogs barking and whining inside. It was 11am when my pet was finally delivered and my dog hadnt even been walked yet ! Probably why all the other dogs were barking and crying. They brought me my dog and she was wet with urine and when I was handed her bed from the crate she had been in, it was dripping with urine too. I dont know how often dogs were walked but if my dog was walked 4 times a day as I was told she would be ,then she would never have soiled her bed! I was told she would arrive in 7 days but she took more then 10 to get here. And I fear she was locked in the back of this filthy van in a crate all this time. When i asked why so long to arrive, I was told that they had to pick up many other pets on the way. They didnt tell me there were other pets to pick up along the way till they were long gone on the road. So I had no choice but to wait. They should have gotten her here in the 7 days like they promised, at least she wouldnt have had to sit in urine all that time! I would never recommend them and never use them again! I should have hired a flight nanny and sent her on a plane . It would have been cheaper too! I cant believe that someone claiming to love animals would do this to my baby! I didn't even get to use their service because a week before my travel I was told they could not take on my pet. I get last minute vehicle breakdowns etc but the lack of professionalism was the worst. Even when we were supposedly scheduled, they could not tell me when my dog would be picked up! As someone moving cities, it's terrible to be kept in the dark. Of course, they had the time to send me a pre-pay invoice (thankfully I didn't pay) Safe to say, I would not recommend! read more

HORRIBLE. Mike said My French bulldogs were going to arrive on a certain date. We got a call saying that they had to make a few stops. They didn't arrive until days later. When my frenchies arrived their legs looked raw they had fleas all over them their skin was coming off and they were disoriented. Please don't use this company. read more

Talked with them about potential pet transportation. They seemed professional until it came time to book the service. They told me a potential date which I confirmed. The next communication I had was being sent an invoice from Mike on paypal. I had no idea who he was and I was not told I would be receiving an invoice or any other next steps by their sales department. I reached out to Mike and he told me not to pay using paypal and they would close out the invoice after I paid with a check up front and the check cleared. This is NOT how these businesses are supposed to operate. We've used pet relocation before from other companies and always paid at pick up. I'm glad I looked at the Yelp reviews because I knew something shady had to be up. I had a feeling after I paid them the $900 I would never hear from them again. I thought this company was good from the start. Very prompt at responding, that is until they got my money. Then it was radio silence. I called and texted multiple times all the contact numbers I had with no response. Original pick up day was a Monday. They let me know it would be Tuesday. I had to make arrangements for someone to be there for them to pick up my new puppy. I left multiple messages trying to get a window of time so someone could meet them. They kept telling me afternoon. 8:30 pm rolls around and they finally show up. The next day I asked how things were going took hours to respond. I was told the driver would contact me with updates. Finally 3 days in after I wrote the owner Mike a lengthy email about how horrible the communication in his company was the driver messages me. She did keep in contact after that but usually just location not how my girl was doing. When she dropped her off on Sunday afternoon she smelled of cigarettes. Will not be using these people again. I wish I had never hired a pet transport company and particularly this one. I thought we were doing the best for our cats by having them transported because they promised that they would be in carriers large enough for them to move around a little and it would only take 2 to 3 days. The originally told us they would pick up on a Wednesday, a few days before our move, then changed it to Friday, then called and said that one of their vans was in an accident and wanted me to pay to board my cats so they could pick them up there on Sunday. Then on Saturday they called to say they were 3 hours away leaving me scrambling to find someone to meet the carrier at the house we left that morning. The driver seemed to care as he was the only one who bothered to contact me about what was going on with our pets. Instead it's picking up our cats and heading to our new home, the driver was instructed to pick up pets in Georgia and Florida and drop off in Alabama and Louisiana before bringing our cats to us. What should have been 2 1/2 days turned into 5 days where the cats were stuck in a smaller than advertised carrier the entire time with other strange animals and a smoker. They have all lost weight and smell like cigarettes. Two of them won't come out from under the beds. The only saving grace was the frequent communication from the driver who was not happy about having to pick up so many animals either. Third is not how you treat someone's pets or any animal. Do not hire these people if you love your pet. read more

If you love your dog DO NOT HIRE this company or its owner Mike Howe. We hire him to transport our beloved Great Dane from Reno to Austin on April 24th AND HE LOSS OUR DOG ON A TRUCK STOP AT NIGHT. When he called us HE DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER OUR DOGS NAME and he did not searched for our pet claiming that in his experience dogs come back to where they escape, which is crazy. Our whole family drove to the site, we contacted animal control and the police, we put signs and alerted the neighbors ALL WHILE MIKE HOWE DID NOT MOVE A FINGER. Luckily we found our dog 14 hours later and 6 miles away from the place that the irresponsible Mike Howe lost him. All this is documented at the animal control office of the town of Frendley, Nevada. This company is unprofessional and irresponsible, and Mr Howe could not care less about your pet. WE DO NOT WISH ANYONE TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE WENT THROUGH. Avoid 4 paws in hell!!!! read more
