He did not receive his prescribed medication, was left out in bad weather, and suffered severe injuries to his paws -- the pads were split open, and he could barely walk for days. This all happened over the course of just three days. Since then, he's been anxious and fearful, even when we leave him at home for short periods. It's heartbreaking to see him this way after what he went through. We trusted this facility to care for our family member, and that trust was completely broken. I also booked my daughter's Border Collie for a grooming and de-shedding. I was happy with the Lhasa's groom, b it quite surprised at the $100 (plus tax) charge. The BC, however, was bathed but NOT de-shedded. I mean, there's still hair everywhere. And no clipping at all. Another $100 (plus tax). So, overall, not pleased with the pricing on the little one nor the results on the BC. Will not return.

She showed up for one dog training session a few months back then disappeared. She is not responding to phone calls or texts to schedule future sessions. It has been several months and I am out of $1000+ dollars and have a completely untrained dog. I can only assume that Teal is no longer with us or unable to communicate, because I cannot imagine that any human would take over $1000 and not provide the service. If anyone knows what happened to Teal, please let me know. I had huge faith in her dog training project but she vanished suddenly and my money is gone with no service provided.
