It all came off without a problem. After the funeral they provided lino's for everyone who planed to go to the gave site. Years later when my mother passed away there was no formal funeral. They handled the cremation and put the ashes in an ern and placed it in a grave site next to my fathers. The only complaint i had was that they took a long time to post her date of passing on the grave stone. But overall I give a 5 star recommendation. They take your credit card information, and all other information for engraving purposes and then send you a confirmation email to make sure everything is correct. Once ordered the molding process takes about 4 weeks, before finally being shipped out to you, which takes about another 5 working days.
