I understand he may not be having a great day, but he should not be taking it out on the customer. As for the young Gentleman Brayden who assisted me, thank you for your positive and helpful attitude. I understand that not all days are peoples best and cannot always find what we are looking for, but to rudely push someone aside after waiting is extremely unacceptable, and I hoping his motive were out of anger and not for me being a woman. I was impressed from the minute I hobbled in with a walker 2 weeks after surgery. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, and really encouraged me through the whole process. I felt like he was one of my biggest cheerleaders. My surgeon is so impressed with my results he asked me who was doing my physio! I think that speaks for itself! The clinic was clean with a great atmosphere. I can't recommend Alex and Mackie Physiotherapy enough! I'm almost sorry to be discharged!

I have seen most of the physio's there, Tyler, Adrian, Nadia and Blaine himself. They have a gym and I go a few times a week to exercise and sometimes when I am in pain they are even willing to give me a quick adjust without an appointment, they are all about making their clients pain free and happy. I take my 13 year old there and he always wants to go back, I think he wishes he had an appointment with them every week. Tyler has recently started doing dry needling on me and it has mad a world of difference for my pain, so if you haven't tried that you should book an appointment, it will be worth your money and time. Right from that first phone call where I was welcomed by the ever friendly front end staff, Chantelle , to the seminar itself where I met Physio therapist/owner/operator Linda B. , I was made to feel right at home. At the seminar I was introduced to their physiotherapy facilities and learned about their modified physio-yoga classes, tailored to ALL capabilities. Linda also mentioned a 6 session Meditation and Mindfulness program they have there, led by Angela Marshall, a qualified,talented and knowledgeable Saskatoon Life Coach ( yes, I signed up and completed this program......I am so grateful to Angela for helping me to make significant life changes thru meditation and for her honesty with her own positive life changes !). The yoga classes ?? I have right side hemiplegia and hemiparisis and need to work on strength and flexibility . I signed up for the beginner Foundations class and was VERY pleased with the attention I received with a modified yoga program. There is no judgement or criticism from other students or staff . Everyone is met where they are within their physical capabilities , given appropriate instruction and encouraged to push your limits........ all very compassionately.
