Tori G. and her C3 team did Mom's estate sale & cleanout. As we live thousands of miles away from…read moreSo. FL, and have no local contacts, we found Tori thru the internet having searched for an honest individual w/ a good reputation who would do both the estate sale and cleanout. Tori was the person we hired after a meeting via Zoom. We also met her IRL when we went to FL prior to the actual sale. Tori was equipped to not only do the sale, she also would dispose of the post-sale remaining items via consignment, donation, auction and landfill as appropriate. Tori's marketing, actual 2-day sale and final dispostioning were done without any issues at all. Following the estate sale we received a lengthy receipt which accounted for everything. And, copies of receipts for donations are on the way to us too. Items on consignment will be sold over a period of time. Tori's fee is in line with other companies doing this work. I can't say enough about the professionalism and ease of communication with Tori who owns Cubed Consign & Cleanout. She and her team did a wonderful job. And - for those of us who live far away and maybe have strong emotional attachments to things to be sold - I don't think you can find a better way to handle this process. Thank you Tori and the C3 team.

It was a big job considering the enormous amount of stuff she had, most of which would not fit in her new surroundings. We can all relate to how stressful moving and clearing can be: the process, the choices, the cost, the waste and environmental impact. It is emotionally and financially draining. Mychael and her team entered the picture ("The Chix") with an invaluable measure of competence and compassion. First, the response time was fast. I suppose Mychael is accustomed to families that are in or nearing crisis when they realize they need help! Second, the process was laid out clearly and within a short while we understood how the articles we could not move would be handled, donated, credited etc. Third, the team stuck to their schedule, worked with our building manager on permitting and reserving the elevator, consulted with us when they came across documents or personal items of legal or sentimental value. They made the entire experience seamless. I cannot offer high enough praise for the Pick Up Chix concept, ethic and execution. When I showed my siblings the video of a clean swept apartment -- after we agonized for weeks over how we would deal with my mom's stuff -- it brought tears of joy and relief to our eyes. I wish the Pick Up Chix would franchise. Thank you Mychael and team.

According to their Facebook page they have been in business since 2013. They are estate buyers so their merchandise is always changing depending on what they are purchasing . I have tried estate sales before but it feels like trespassing, going through someone's house that you know just died and picking through their stuff as their photos stare at you from the walls. Of course not everyone has died. Some people just want to sell a household of stuff in bulk before a move. In any case I'd much rather purchase estate items which are usually of a nicer quality than thrift, at a clean store like this. Also you are not having to drive around to multiple addresses. Everything I saw was in great condition. They had furniture, collectibles, mattresses, house hold goods, and even some clothes. If it makes up items in someone's household, they sell it. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Lee, her husband, and MidCoast Estate Sales!…read more We sold our home in Florida while we were in New Hampshire, so needless to say, the entire process was stressful from the start. After we removed the things we wanted to keep, we trusted Lee and her husband to take it from there -- and they absolutely exceeded every expectation we had. They spent nearly a WEEK before the sale carefully organizing, sorting, and pricing everything in our home, and then held a three-day estate sale. You would think their job would have ended when the sale was over, right? Not Lee! Because we were 1,500 miles away and needed to leave the property completely cleared and broom clean for the buyer, Lee took care of what was left after the sale. She arranged for a local thrift store to come and collect the remaining items -- and even made sure they understood there would be no cherry-picking. It was all or nothing! Today, Lee personally met them at the house and made sure EVERYTHING was removed and the property was left the way we needed it for the new owners. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. The amount of stress Lee took off our shoulders during an already stressful out-of-state home sale is immeasurable. She didn't just run an estate sale -- she saw the entire process through from beginning to end and gave us peace of mind when we couldn't be there ourselves. Lee and her husband are hardworking, trustworthy, organized, and genuinely care about the people they are helping. That kind of service is incredibly hard to find. If you need an estate sale company, I would recommend MidCoast Estate Sales without hesitation. They went above and beyond for us in every possible way, and we are incredibly grateful!
