I was visiting a friend for the weekend who is attending Lund University. The arrangement/zoning in this area makes it difficult to find all of these places, but this one is truly a hidden treasure. They had such a large selection of interesting items on their menu, and the menu is very vegetarian and vegan friendly.
I ordered the soy steak burrito, and it came with a small side salad and tea or coffee. The dish was delicious and filling (and the price was very affordable!). I'm not a vegetarian, but I like to say that my eating habits are more "vegetarian preferred", and I could not even tell the difference between this soy steak and actual steak pieces. The texture was surprisingly close and they marinated the flavour well. I would say the spice flavour was a bit dominating on it, but this wasn't a deal breaker and it's difficult to find a good burrito outside of California/USA.
The ambiance of the place was beautiful! It just seems like such a cool hang out spot and it was so artistic. I wanted to sit in all corners of this restaurant/cafe! On top of the excellent food and setup, they have a lot of very good looking pastries. I'm personally a snob when it comes to eating sugar (I avoid it as often as possible), but this was very tempting and my friend couldn't get away from it. She ordered one of the brownies and she said it practically melted in her mouth; her only problem with it was that the raspberries were frozen, but it was still a very enjoyable dish.
I liked it so much, that I wanted to return. Unfortunately: I returned too late! It's a bummer, but if or when I return, that is the place I will definitely be visiting again. I really liked it a lot and I highly recommend it.
