We were one of Nasim's first clients. Our son was four months old when he started going there. At first, it was great! We got pictures every day of our happy boy. A couple months later, she said she had been talking to her friends in the business and was raising the price (15% after only 6 months). We agreed on a price. My son was teething horribly, 6 teeth at once... and she refused to give him Tylenol, made accusations that I gave him too much(which was actually less than the recommended dose). I sent her the doctors chart of the appropriate amount of Tylenol if a child is in pain from teething. She said she was not comfortable giving medication, as he was my child. Out of the blue, we were sent a termination of contract through text, an 8 day notice(not the 2 week notice) but said it would be great if we found another provider over the weekend. In our search, we found we were not alone (through various sources). She would constantly send him home early- saying he was fussy. One of us would leave work early, and he was fine- happy, doing somersaults. This happened on numerous occasions. In her abrupt message to discontinue care over the weekend, she also stated in person, to my husband, she had been thinking about it for a couple of months. During that time frame, she never expressed that she was at a breaking point. There was no indication whatsoever that she might be about to end our contract. In those two months, my son got Covid from her daycare as well as a respiratory infection. More time we had to take off. Understandable of course, so we paid even for the time he was home per our contract. Point being... In the "2 months" she was considering this, her actual time was quite limited. Especially when you consider the paid Christmas break that fell within the same window.
We no longer felt comfortable with him there. We thought he was loved, but found out some disheartening facts. In calling around to other daycares, we found we were not alone. We do not recommend this daycare.

UPDATE:
In response to false accusations:
1. We agreed upon 7:30 since you originally advertised as such. Also, we signed our contract with those hours stated (both contracts). It still states on Google that your hours are 7am - 5pm. We were grateful you stuck to that since most working individuals start work at 8 or earlier. As well as the fact that we have 4 kids with 4 different drop offs each morning. We never "dropped him off 30-40 min" unexpectedly. This was an agreement.
2. Your accusations of medication are ridiculous and I feel like I'm beating a dead horse. We ONLY give him medication as needed. Yes, he is very happy at home on the weekends, but it has nothing to do with medication. In fact, we never game him medication when we picked him up "fussy" he was genuinely happy and fine. Love and attention seemed just fine for him.
3. Our only conversation about him crying it out was when we were sleep training him at 6 months when we first signed our contract. It's a method, that I'm sure you learned in your child development classes. (CIO). It worked for us and he sleeps 12 hours a night, so for us, as full time parents (of 4) this was necessary and effective.
4. Shame on you for assuming we don't feed "our kid" (formerly called Coco by your family). You have no idea what we do on the weekends. He is very well taken care of at our home. We have always appreciated and given you free reign on trying new foods. However, he has been eating new foods in our home from an early age.
5. Your response to my review proves your contempt towards our family. Funny how the next day a brand new account was created with a five star review.
6. I never said that you raised it 15%, I said you tried to and we agreed upon a price. We did not make you lower your rate because we could not afford it. We simply saved us and all of the other parents from the 15% increase you tried to impose after less than a year of service to all families involved.
7. Yes, I WAS uncomfortable after what went down. I didn't want Cody there anymore, even if it meant we had to take a financial hit. I said you terminated the contract multiple times in my review. No lies.
8. Your mother loved Cody and treated him very well, so I will say that.
9. Thank you so much for cleaning our carseat. Never even realized it was dirty . read more
