Highly Recommend Suzette!…read more Suzette is truly an exceptional realtor! She helped me purchase my new home, and I could not have asked for a smoother, more stress-free experience. She is based in the Menifee area but is very familiar with many cities throughout Southern California, which made finding the right home so easy. From start to finish, Suzette went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. She stayed on top of the lenders and made sure communication was clear and timely. Whenever there was a hiccup near the end of the process, she immediately stepped in and had everything resolved within a couple of days. One thing I really appreciated was how easy she was to reach -- there was never a time I couldn't contact her. She always responded within minutes, providing complete and detailed answers so I never had to guess or feel confused. Her professionalism, knowledge, and clarity made the entire home-buying process feel simple and stress-free. Honestly, I don't think things would have gone nearly as smoothly if I had relied solely on the lender for my new build. Every time the lender lagged in communication, Suzette swooped in to advocate for me -- and they immediately responded. She truly looks out for her clients every step of the way. If you're looking to buy or sell a home in SoCal, I highly recommend Suzette. She's an absolute pro, and you'll be in excellent hands with her!

So mine is a different type of review. I actually bought my place from the agent, Erika Shapiro,…read moreshe wasn't my buyer's agent. But I wanted to write a review on her anyways because if I ever sell my place, and if she's still in business, I would absolutely have her sell it for me. I also highly recommend any of my friends and colleagues to use her as their agent. Even as a seller's agent, she was so professional, friendly, and my agent was actually quite Green in the field. She didn't take advantage of him. She was so nice and friendly and was always willing to take his call to answer my questions. Additionally, Erika is an amazing resource for Leisure World as she lives where she sells. That is handy because she knows everybody, she knows the rules, she knows the whole area, and she knows all the idiosyncrasies as well LOL My friends are jealous that at 56 years old, I just squeaked by purchasing a place in here. It is beautiful, mint condition, everything new, and is actually Erika's condo she was selling/that I purchased. She has impeccable taste and remodeled the whole condo so it was modern, fresh, and it just so happens to have the best view overlooking the green belt. Of course everywhere is a green belt but it at least does not include the view of parking lot. I have already referred her to quite a few of my friends at the University and they're hoping within the next year to look and purchase in Leisure World. They are excited to use her as they know how much I really enjoyed working with her and still continue to do so! I text her once a week for information and she is more than happy to find out but more often than not she already knows the answer. She's funny, personable, and she is not like the typical resident here, but neither am i! I highly recommend her as your agent. I cannot say enough good things about her. She made the whole house buying process so smooth and taught my agent a lot LOL. I almost wish she was my agent, but buying from her was just as good as having her represent me! Seriously, if you are looking for someone who knows everything about Leisure World and will give it to you straight and honest, but yet with an amazing sense of humor, use Erika! She will make the whole buying, or even selling process, so smooth and easy. And she has great taste and can tell you whether the upgrades are worth it or not when you are looking at places. She knows everybody and can put you in touch with her contacts. She's an excellent agent and resident to keep in touch with. Sure, there are other Realtors around that may be more "well known", but that doesn't necessarily mean more experience. I spoke with them before initially when I was first looking at buying in Leisure World before I had an agent. They were rude, condescending, and didn't know that I was old enough to purchase in here. Which is too bad for them because I would definitely have made them more money than some of the other people buying in the mutuals that they sell. Aaaannnddddd I definitely actively discourage others from using them. So I'm working against them and putting all my recommendations with Erika. I am 1000% about customer service, and that's what Yelp is about. I had the best experience with her, regardless that she was not my agent, but she impressed me so much, I'm absolutely willing to give her name to everyone I know. Hopefully this review will add more points to your decision to go with her.
