I've given this establishment 3 chances before I decided to no longer give them my money. The very first time I used their drop-off service, I'm more than sure that they did not use any of the laundry detergent I gave them for my loads of clothing. I provided them with a scented Gain laundry detergent, and as we all know, Gain has a strong fragrance after washing your clothing. When I received my folded loads of clothing back, my clothing smelled like it hadn't even been washed. I made a complaint then and they offered to give me a discount the next time I used their services. Hesitated, I gave them a second chance and this time I had a bathroom rug that was destroyed in the dryer while using their drop-off device and the material from inside the bath mat came out through a hole and got on all of my other washed items. They failed to mention to me what had happened and just handed me back my items like nothing ever happened. They failed to mention that my rug had been damaged. Just this morning I tried going to them one final time for the sake of a last minute need to do laundry. I specifically was told by the staff Maggie, to drop off with her and that she'd ensure that my loads of laundry would be handled properly by her. I got to the laundromat at 8:00am this morning to find that the laundromat was COMPLETELY EMPTY. The laundromat was open, however, there was not any staff there. The drop-off counter had been locked up and completely left unoccupied. There was no manager or staff there to assist any guests. I waited for a half hour for someone to come and no one ever came to the counter/register. What blew my mind was the fact that customer's folded and bagged laundry and detergent was just out and in the open, not secured or locked away. So anyone could've came stole other customer's belongings without a laundromat staff being there. Highly unprofessional and just wrong. DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT!!!

I was excited because i found someone to do it at last minute now I will admit the suit had a big nasty spot on it that I sprayed with some shout before I left my home . When I arrive the manager ask me did I put something on it and I said yes . what I'm upset about is I believe he Knew deep down that the suit was ruined but charged me 65 dollars to clean it . I paid the money up front which was different for me when I use a cleaners because I normally pay after the service has been completed . The first thing I notice when picked up the suit was all the customers paid as they picked up their belongings. The other part is nobody even told me the suit was not completely clean or even mentioned it until ask so had I not look for myself before I left they would have just let me leave . My belief is they only pressed the clothes and never clean them at all because the other worker took the white dress shirt that was also not clean and just put bleach on it to remove the spot but the neck of the shirt still had dirt stains. The worse part of it is I had to practically beg to get management on the phone and was told he didn't want to ruin his Saturday night . When he notice I was not leaving without some type of refund he got him on the phone . Management did give me half of my money back but why do I have to even ask you for some type of refund when you know the service I expected was not completely done .
