I've never experienced worse customer service in my life.
I spent 15 minutes waiting in line at customer service to buy a fishing rod and license. When we got to the front they told us we would have to step aside and wait for someone else to get us our license.
After waiting another ten minutes I went back to the fishing department to ask how much longer it would be. The employee was extremely rude when he told me it would be a while because he was busy.
I would have asked for a manager but I didn't feel like spending another hour in the store. read more
