Absolutely rude customer service. Especially from employee Celine L at Costumer Service. She served me in english and when I returned with my exchange she decided to served two people before serving me even though I was waiting before them. She made me go back in line even though she said she would wait to serve me. After 20 MINUTES OF WAITING because she was taking her time and talking with the people she served before me, She then refused to speak to me in English. I asked why she didn't serve me like she said and she wouldn't answer me. She then proceeded to cough all over my receipts and take her time with my return. I asked again for her to explain why she didn't serve me and she said she doesn't understand me. She then gestures to another employee to say she doesn't understand while making a smug smile at me. Even though she spoke English to me in the first place. Celine if you read this it's time to retire don't work in costumer service if you can't speak english or be a decent human being. read more
