They screwed over a veteran and refuse to help. I would stay away from this dealer, they clearly only care about making money and they will sell you broken vehicles.

I bought the vehicle in March and it seemed fine, come to when it gets warm out I tried the air conditioning and it didn't work and suspect it never ran. I inquired with the dealership about this and was told they could book me in for an appointment to pay to have it fixed. Just pathetic service and a slap in the face as a customer to be treated this way. Would not recommend this dealership for anyone and would stay away. Very poor service and very unprofessional to deal with definitely a shady business.

At the time, we never expected that just two years later, we would be facing the expense of replacing the entire engine because of a failed valve. Thankfully, we had purchased an extended warranty through People's Choice Warranty. It cost us thousands of dollars, added to the purchase price of the vehicle, so we thought we had taken steps to protect ourselves against an unexpected major repair. Unfortunately, when the engine needed to be replaced, People's Choice Warranty denied our claim. The result? We have now paid $5,300 out of our own pockets to get our vehicle back on the road. What makes this situation particularly disappointing is that both the dealership and the warranty company benefited financially from the sale of the extended warranty, yet neither has offered to help us with the cost of this engine replacement. We understand that warranties have terms and conditions, but when you spend thousands of dollars on additional coverage, you do so believing it will provide meaningful protection when a major mechanical problem occurs. We have no personal hard feelings toward anyone. However, this experience has certainly changed how we will approach future vehicle purchases. Our lesson learned? We will not be purchasing another vehicle from Super Dave's Auto Sales, and we will not be purchasing another extended warranty. Before spending thousands of dollars on an extended warranty, make sure you understand exactly what is covered, what is excluded, and what circumstances could leave you paying the bill anyway. For us, this has been a very expensive lesson. $5,300 later, lesson learned.

Update; After owning…read morethe suv for 3 months it has been nothing but issue after issue with no help from the dealer ship No holes were punched into my inspection sticker. Major transmission issues car won't start check engine light and service 4 wheel drive shows up. Just after I reached the km warranty my flex pipe blew. The battery has dead cells And there are 4/3 open safety recalls on the suv, I understand buying a used vehicle may come with some issues however the list goes on with smaller things I didn't mention above. We contacted the dealer ship and both times was told Steve would call us back but no call has ever been Received. I would stay away from this dealer ship and I definitely won't be back
