Upon arrival,…read moreit seems that this establishment is doing very well for itself, with extra buildings being added. They also sell merch, but I was here for the meat. We bought some ribs, some chicken meatballs, and some steaks. The steaks were pretty thin cut, I'm guessing to keep the prices low. I could call them and have them carve some thicker steaks, but their prices are very high. I have a local butcher shop that charges about $15/lb less for the same wagyu steak. So I'm going to stick with my local butcher for now. I'd like to make a trip down to Whitefeather once in a while because they stock meats that other shops do not, such as kangaroo, elk, and venison. Good quality. Very high prices.
