Being new to espresso making at home I fully understand the 1:2 ratio in a specific amount of time for making espresso. I took their advice and went with another bean selection. My iced cafe latte was for take away and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors. One thing to note for any Americans that expect sweetener, there is none here. It used to be a store where you go and buy coffee in bulk to brew at home (back when there were no Starbucks, not that there is one in my native town!). People decades back brew a lot of coffee at home instead of having the cafelito in the terraces in downtown, so this was a classic place to go and get 'Cafe Pont' one of the most beloved brands.
