The lady there counted them literally as fast as I could open the bags and let out the contents, that was cool! They're also very nice too, no problems with some of our annoying bottles. We're gonna go here every single time from now on! They also have a bunch of groups you can donate your bottles and cans to, not a bad idea to sometimes look at the list and randomly help out, you don't need to even give all of your return, maybe even just some of it. This is a great idea for the community!

I had been a regular until taking a summer's worth of cans/bottles 600+. Took 2 people to count…read morethem. She gave me money for 300+. Asked her if she included those counted by the male co-worker, she said yes. There was a line behind me, so I didn't take issue with her-wish I had. Just took my first returnables since - almost 2 years later as our garage had to be cleared out for construction. She verbally gave me the correct number returned, 236, but then gave me a receipt and payment for 118! I was in a rush, so didn't notice. Since many of us do a mental calculation of 10% ($.10 / return), then divide that by half to get to $.05 to get to the amount due, believe its likely that they halve that again, as easier to explain as an inadvertent error. Now that they are required to give a receipt-new since I last used them- this is a riskier process - if I didn't have her receipt, I probably wouldn't have weighed in. If they short customers directly in front of them, what are they doing to groups such as our FM Sports Boosters clubs????

If you can't handle a lot at one time, POST IT on your web, building and inside. There are no posts any where. We dropped off on Tuesday and was told they would be done next day. We called the next day and was told (rudely) that it wouldn't be until Sunday. They are closed on Sunday. That means not until next week. NEVER again!
