I had looked at the website and the service seemed to be of a higher standard than other chain types (I was a bit afraid that if I went to bubbles it could have been a hit or miss, according to the reviews). I called and he was booked till Monday but made an exception and came in on Saturday, as our schedule would not allow us to bring the car in on Monday. I brought the car in and the clean probably took about 4 hours, after which, he called me and I picked the car up. The car looked brand new! I was really happy and relieved that I went with my gut and that my money was well spent and was worth it! He even washed the exterior and under the hood, he went over and above! I will definitely be a repeat customer :)
