Also, the forecourt makes for a lot of waiting in line, as there is really no room to go around anyone that might be in front of you. So as a result you may not actually get onto the premises and you'd have to keep driving. But if you can get onto the forecourt and you have the time to wait, then fill her up!

Now selling coffee, smoothies, shoe shine, sushi chef on standy by, well ok I made the last two up but you get a lot for just a garage nowadays. Theres also an ATM and they also sell wine. The place is open 24/7 too.

However the forecourt is quite small and so you might end up stuck in a queue while waiting to get to a free pump because of the tight space. The staff at Hatchet are very friendly and helpful. Granted, the store itself is a bit sparse. For instance, if you want a diet drink, you likely won't find one. That said, if you want some crisps or a bar, there's a bit to choose from. They take cards, which is brilliant, and it's a nice place to catch up on local gos or peruse the postings on the door.

The store it's self is very short on goods but it is a small store and they do offer gas, so that's a plus. Over all I guess it does what it's there for.
