I'm sure someone here can do a good cut for a much better price than $30. I hate feeling as though the barber is overcharging me just because he can. Good job for making a happy customer pissed off. I guess since you're an elitist appointment only barber you can charge whatever you want.

If I could give this review no stars I would. After seeing…read moreall the great work we decided to give them a shot being from out of town, the first day we went we didn't make an appointment online and went after scheduling over the phone. we were hoping to have one of the male barbers cut my husbands hair. when we got there it was the blonde female who said she would be cutting his hair, My husband was a bit bothered but he still gave her a shot. I sat in their seating area while my husband got seated. The entire time she was doing my husbands hair she was bad mouthing a different customer who had walked in the shop prior to along with the other female employee there. As she was cutting his hair a woman walked in with her two younger boys, she also had an appointment for one of the guys and the other female (I think she's got black or brown hair) told the woman (customer) that the guy (the barber) was busy but she wouldn't mind cutting his hair, the lady didn't say much just kind of agreed to it. Back to my husband's haircut; when I say she did the shittiest job and didn't even line him up at the end I mean it. I wasn't about to put my two cents in when I wasn't the one who received the service and my husband decided not to say anything. So we then thought well we messed up, next time we'll schedule an appointment with one of the guys that way he doesn't get screwed over again. Fast forward he scheduled it a month in advance. a day or so prior to he received an email saying the same female had changed his appointment to her as his stylist again and when he called to ask about it (keep in mind the females work at the front of the shop and for some reason they always answer the phone) she said the guy had refused to cut his hair (which I highly doubt seeing as though the only way the females get any customers in is by stealing them from the male barbers) and just like the last time she did a shitty job and this time he didn't tip. he swore to not go back. So beware everyone all the jobs you see in their posts are the male barbers' hard work, I can't speak for the male barbers if he had actually refused to cut his hair or if she had just taken it from him the way she did last time. But it's not worth your money, and it's shitty customer service. both females bring no business and just drama to the barber shop. I don't know if the male barbers are aware of what's going on in their shop but I really hope they're not behind it too because that'd be messed up. they're out luring customers with all these good looking cuts only to have you come out looking bad.

My daughter and I had 60 minute massages this past Saturday May 4th. We are from California and we…read morewere visiting my son and decided at last minute to get massages. We were not disappointed. First off, I have a bit of experience with Massage Therapists as I am the VP of HR for a Health Club Company in Northern California. I recruit and hire Massage Therapists for our clubs. I am however, very ashamed to say I do not remember the names of male and female massage therapists that gave us our massages. But they were very professional and service oriented checking on level of pressure with both of us periodically. Everyone at the Salon was friendly. Scheduling was easy and available. The Salon seemed busy too. Overalls a very good experience! Thank you so very much for being so accommodating!

I booked an appointment for a permanent all-over color that was listed as $75, but at checkout I…read morewas charged $221 because of extra fees I was never told about. I only found out when it was time to pay. As a college student who budgets carefully, this was really upsetting -- especially since I drove over an hour to get there thinking the prices were affordable. The stylist also gave me a haircut after I specifically asked if I was booked for one and explained I didn't want extra charges. She said she "had time" and went ahead, but then I was charged for it anyway. On top of that, I asked for a dark wine red and ended up with a super dark plum/purple that looks almost black in the light, which wasn't what I wanted. What really bothered me was the lack of communication. No one sat me down and explained what the extra services or costs would be, which would have let me make an informed decision. If I had known, I would have chosen differently. Instead, I left with a color I'm not happy with and a bill three times higher than expected. I also felt uncomfortable during the appointment because the stylist made negative comments about another client and her younger sisters. Overall, it was an unprofessional and disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this salon if you're looking for transparency or customer care.

She used a #1 on the sides then started on top with clippers using a number 2. The worst haircut I've ever had and she said she's been cutting hair since 1980.... She cut off about 2 inches too much and used CLIPPERS on my whole head. I got back to hotel and there was long strains of hair she missed and I looked like I was getting ready for a swim meet with a buzzed haircut. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was the worst haircut I've ever had... but she does not know how to cut guys hair. DON'T come here is you're a guy wanting a basic haircut. HORRIBLE experience. I will be wearing a hat for two months now. I'm too embarrassed to post a pic.
