Through the ad, other internet research, and dealing with salesguy John Storkamp, I was able to put together a long-distance deal on a creampuff of a coach with low mileage (from 2000 miles away). John went above the call of duty to video phone me and walk me through the coach step by step, point out any problems, send me photos of the problems, and then had all of the problems fixed once I put down a refundable deposit. He even had the coach A/C unit replaced and replaced one of the passenger side graphic swirl stickers, as well as having the generator serviced. Sounds crazy but my lovely bride & I flew a redeye to MN after making a solid (but refundable) deal from 2000 miles away. Saved about $13000 from inflated SoCal prices. John had the coach ready to rock upon our arrival. The deal was great, with no surprises. We then took a 4000 mile roadtrip home across 'MERICA around Independence Day, via Jellystone Nat'l Park, The Tetons, Jackson Hole, Cheyenne, Santa Fe, etc, with no problems. First of all their hours are very unfriendly to customers. They close at 5 during the week and only open a few hours on Saturday. Well most people who can afford a travel trailer work?! Lol Anyways, we got in to look at some options and picked out a trailer we loved. The one we looked at was sold and so they had another one in different interior colors. Well when one is planning on spending tens of thousands of dollars on a trailer- you pay for what you want. So they said one was on order and it would be here end of May- beginning of June. Ok. We were set. Well this was back in march. As time went on we called to see if they had updates on our trailer. They never had concrete answers but the time line kept getting pushed. Well we were looking at late June- early July. My opinion was if it was in the middle of camping season I would buy one when they went on sale in the fall. So we (not they) came up with a plan. We would order the different colored furniture which we were told would only take two weeks to get in and we would just put the other furniture in our basement. So it was a done deal. Paid and ordered for new furniture- also added on a washer and dryer in the camper. They gave us a delivery date. Well the week before the delivery date we called and they gave us a list of cement blocks and tubing we had to buy for the set up. (Most places include this in the trailer price). So my hubby went to town with the trailer and bought all the supplies. Friday was supposed to be delivery date. So we called Monday to make sure all was ready to go since we took time off of work to make this happen. No answer or return call. Tuesday we called and left messages again. No answer or return call. Wednesday we called AGAIN and finally got a hold of the salesman by chance. Asked him if we were all set and ready to roll. NOPE. They hadn't even started to get things ready in the camper and our new furniture wasn't there yet. So we asked when our furniture was coming in. We were told they had no idea and no way of checking?!?!. Are they the only place in the world without a tracking system on products?!?! Wtf?!? So we asked if it would be ready by Friday. Nope! So you weren't even going to call and talk to us about the delay?!?! Wtf is wrong with you people?!?! We were spending tens of thousands of dollars here and you can't even call us and communicate your issues?!? Well of course we were frustrated so I called the guy in charge. What a jerk. No customer service skills at all. We agreed it was not a good business relationship because if they won't stand behind their word, products, or service I would take my business elsewhere. I literally called a different rv place and bought and got the exact trailer we wanted in a two week period!!! I went back to get a refund check for the money I put down- it wasn't ready when I said I would be there- had to wait and then I had to go back because they didn't sign it. I will never set foot in this place again or tell anyone to go here!!!!! Their customer service is horrible and the way they run their business is not okay. So glad we dodged a bullet and didn't get it here. I would be afraid if there was an issue they would ignore me and not take care of it!

It started out well even with our concern about buying our first RV sight unseen. The agreement was…read moreto take care of certain items but most importantly we asked that it be checked out so we were able to get in it and go right away. Driving it home, it seemed as if the entire unit was going to rattle itself apart. Ended up paying to have a suspension piece added to stiffen the ride and put a lot of foam pieces everywhere to try to eliminate noise. Tires had been inflated incorrectly and when we went to check air pressure, couldn't check because there were no extensions on the valve stems, not even the inside tires that were impossible to check without and manager said they're not even installed on brand new $100,000 units. Isn't checking tire pressure RV ownership 101? So we paid for that. It took almost a month to get a title because the unit we bought was paid off by the previous owner through financing a new RV but Pleasureland did not take care of things in a timely manner. Had to tell them we'd be calling the state about a title infraction and possibly returning the unit and lo and behold clear title was miraculously overnight mailed to us. There were a series of minor issues but the most concerning was the check engine light that came on the first time we took it within 100 miles from home. We had it hooked up to a computer and it was suggested we replace the gas cap. Did that only to find out we had an evap leak. Gas tank needs to be emptied and dropped because we were advised fumes could be leaking into the unit. That will be another $1500 plus. During this visit we also found serpentine belt and tensioner need replacing. If this is road ready, I have safety concerns for the way these units hit the road.

Put a dent in the rear driver's side of my 1973 Land Yacht Airstream - wouldn't own up to it Did not secure down larger awning. My hauler had know idea that All Campers would leave the awning unattached after they did work on it. It fell off! All Campers charged me $400 to reattach to the trailer when they caused the problem. Workers smoked cigarettes and left butts inside my trailer. Screen door latch put on wrong and they used a latch that does not spring, unlike the original. Latch also positioned incorrectly. Screen door they bent. Has to be shut by pushing front bottom of the door, opposite the hinge side. Screen door shut correctly before All Campers "worked" on my trailer. I advise : Do Not Use This Serice because there is NO service

We had the roof replaced on our 5th Wheel camper November 2024. We took a trip in June 2025 and the…read moreroof let loose at front of camper. We were 6 hours from home and no RV repair places within 4 hours of our location. We ended up taping a tarp to the roof until we were able to bring it back to them for repair. They admitted it was their fault an said they would repair it. They did not replace the roof, they spliced it leaving large ripples in the back half of the roof. They chalked the front portion with at least half inch of caulking which is already cracking. We sent an email to the owner/manager along with a video of the roof asking for him to call us after he reviewed the workmanship. We have heard nothing. We are extremely unhappy. We know we will have issues and are checking our options. This same company was supposed to have winterized our camper while they had it on their lot awaiting the roof replacement. They did not. We drove the camper to Florida in February and water started leaking out on the floor. When we got to FL we hooked up the water cautiously and the outside faucet shot water everywhere and water poured onto floor under sink. The water heater had not been drained and had a large crack in it. Due to our rural location and limited service people in the area we were not able to get it repaired for several weeks. Luckily my husband is handy and repaired the outside faucet and bypassed the hot waterheater. All Camper sent us a new water heater but the same model wasn't available. My husband had to install it with many modifications to the plumbing connections and wiring. Also new faucet they put in was also not install properly. We had to modify that also so it would retract properly. So we are NOT pleased with work completed by this company. We are currently checking out our legal options to recoup cost of roof.
