Staff is super friendly. Park is well taken care of and has a nice pool, dog park and dog washing station.

We stayed in site #93. Perfect location. Not too loud & close to the pool & store. The space is a little tight for a 32' but it worked! Felt very cozy. All the staff we encountered were so friendly & helpful. They even allowed for us to do an early check in! Can't beat the location for the price. Will be back! Very noisy. We stayed 3 nights. Here is our summary. The good: - super nice people and great customer service. - Dog park has grass and is very clean. - Across the street from the beach - 3-5 minute walk. - We had friends hang out for a few hours and the process to let them in was easy and no extra charge! The not so good: - sites are small people routinely need to move to allow a camper to pull in or out - We were told (previous occupant) that our site will completely flood in the rain (we got lucky - no rain) - Limited trees and grass in sites. - Water and power are on the "wrong" side in many sites - we carry extra Long hoses but if you don't it could be an issue. The reasons we wont be back (also known as the bad). Note - none of these are controllable by the camp ground but they impact campers significantly so I'm including them. - Sites along the edge are maybe 10' from the road. Road is very busy making it difficult to sleep even with windows closed and AC on full blast. - Stores across the street play loud music continuously - So many lights we ended up putting towels over our windows in an attempt to sleep - it was bright enough inside with shades drawn that we didn't need lights in our RV. read more

Staff was friendly and had a nice little campstore. Campsites were really close to one another so there was no privacy at all. The bathrooms are small, had to wait for a shower. It's next door to some kind of amusement type park and the music goes to all hours of the night/morning which you can hear at your campsite at 1am. I usually don't hear anything over the AC in my van and this was so loud and constant that it woke me up. Two stars to show it's less than average but it did the job of giving me a place to stay and shower while traveling. read more

Certainly not one of the nicest RV parks we've been to. Pull through sites are very,very tight. Can't extend the awning due to the pine tree next to us. Asphalt slab to park on is all buckled and uneven due to the tree roots. There is a security gate upon entering the place but it is broken and stays open. Extra $15.00 a week for cable television. It's centrally located in the heart of Panama City beach, so that is nice. read more

I read multiple reviews about this campground before booking but, honestly this trip was somewhat last minute by Florida snowbird standards, so I only booked a month in advance and this was the only place available. PROS: - Location is EXCELLENT - right across the street from the beach and lots of restaurants on this road that you could walk to in nice weather - They have an RV store on site if you need something - The check-in took a long time but the individual was incredibly nice (she may have been new on the job) CONS: - Location could be very loud in peak season when the weather is nice - The campsites are so close together that the rig next to us (a class A, we're in a 32' toy hauler) is only about 3.5 feet from us. I could literally stand on my doorstep and touch their slide out. - We can't even sit out in our chairs and enjoy the outdoors because we're looking at their RV a few feet away (not their fault, they're very nice people). All in all, I would consider staying here again just for the location - unless I could find an RV park that's got a similar location and doesn't pack you in. I've seen numerous parks from the highway and roads as we were driving in yesterday and while we were out today, and they all seem to pack the vehicles in pretty tightly. I'm not posting pictures because I've already seen several online that will give you an idea of the closeness of the sites. There are quite a few residents who live here in mobile homes. Terrible location. Noisy. Overpriced. Paid $40 for a tent site for 1 night. I had a street lamp shining on my tent all night. People were screaming on a roller coaster past midnight. What a let down today!! Traveled 6 hours from south west Florida to stay here. Had reserved a pull thru site, and indicated to the person on the phone, days before of our setup. 43' rv, 20' enclosed trailer. All good on the phone. Arrived today, pulled in, went into checkin, almost ready to go to pull thru, and they show me where the trailer parking is??????? What, trailer parking!!!! Yes sir, no trailers or boats on any sites!!! So you can pull in with a truck and fifth wheel trailer, and your good!!! A Newmar Mountain Aire and new enclosed trailer, nope, gotta store the trailer!!! First time in 17 years of full time travel that this happened! What good is a pull thru site for an A class rig, if you have to unhook your dang trailer!! Bad on you guys!! read more

Here for Memorial Day weekend. Last night at 9pm I called the front office to let them know that there was human feces in one of the showers. Apparently I wasn't the first person to report the problem. It's still in there 8 hours later. There's an 'out of order' sign up though so I guess it's fine. The showers were barely working, even when they're not covered in shit. The campsites are fine. The pool is ok (the bathrooms near the pool are disgusting though). The campground itself is directly across the street from huge night club so expect noise. Definitely won't come back. Don't recommend staying here. Glad we're checking out today. read more

This place isn't luxury or resort style it's somewhere to lay over till your next stop or you don't plan on enjoying any amenities. There's nothing classy about this place and it's really a scaled trailer park with nice trailer homes and long term RVers. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I called to make a reservation. My name and # were taken and I was told I'd have to hold so that they could take my deposit, then I was put on hold, and the phone system rang me over to voice mail. Over the course of 4 hours or so, I called back several times and was told they were too busy, and was waiting and waiting for a call back from my voice mail. When they finally called me back, they had given away the reservation that I thought was mine, and all because they didn't have a deposit, but they didn't TAKE my deposit. On top of that, I had sent an email through their website 3 or 4 days prior to this phone mess and they never responded. LOSERS!!!!! IDIOTS!!!! DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE!!!! read more

We have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The restrooms were clean. Laundry facilities on site. Clean campgrounds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and nice. They try to accommodate the best they can. We were in a shaded area under the trees, like we always are. It is Florida, so it will be hot. Prepare well enough and you should not have a problem. I have come through out different times of the year and have never had trouble with party goers or the noise. It's just a short walk across the street to the beach. There is wifi and cable at the sites. Trash is picked up twice a day. Many friendly residents or snowbirds here. They even have storage for your camper. Many people seem to forget that this IS NOT a 5 star resort, it's camping. It's a very nice campground and very affordable. So come down a and enjoy! read more

I had read on some campsite review places that this one wasn't that great. A lot of reviews said there was a sand spur problem (I had never heard of sand spurs, in Texas we call them stickers). We were here the first week of March so it was probably too early for them, because we didn't have a problem at all. There are several full time residents in motor homes and mobile homes but everything looked well maintained and the two residents we met were really friendly. It was the first week of Spring Break and there were a lot of college kids in the cabins and tent camping hanging out, playing music, and drinking but it never got crazy. The location is prefect, short walk across the street to the beach and near several bars and restaurants. I definitely wouldn't bring kids to PCB for Spring Break and I don't know about the summer. It's probably better to stick to Destin if you're traveling with family, but this was awesome for an adult trip. read more

First time staying here, overall it's an OK campsite. It could be so much better by just cleaning it up some. I found and picked up 5 bottles of Fireball and 1 glass bottle of beer by the park where my kid wanted to play at. My first night at my campsite I walked around with a trash bag picking all the random trash and cigarette buds up from all over, if you walk around the sites every one of them needs someone to care just a little and pick up the trash. The workers are constantly out driving the golf carts around and you know they see the trash to but don't care. You would think the pool would be heated so it can be used year around and not just when it was 90 degrees, the water was freezing, still haven't been in it and we been here 2 weeks. We def got spoiled by emerald coast RV park. They could also mow the grass a little more often. There is a reason they only post beach pictures instead of the actual campsite photos on Facebook the best thing about it is across the street to the beach. read more

We had a wonderful time at campers inn. We stayed a week and have already reserved our spot for our next 2 week vacation!!! The bathrooms and laundry room were very clean and well taken care of. There is a well stocked store on the premises. They have what ever you need. Groceries, beverages, fishing gear, bait, kayaks, RV parts and accessories and much more. We stayed in the cabins on our first trip to PCB. Campers Inn is a good little place to stay for vacation on a reasonable budget. It was only two of us but I could see four people bunking fairly comfortably. Keep in mind you are more less camping, so you will have to use a community shower/restroom. We brought a cooler and marinated chicken/steaks before we left home since they have the outdoor grills (don't forget your charcoal!) Lots to do in the immediate area (bars, restaurants, etc.) Oh and of course best of all is the beach being a couple hundred yards away. Also met some cool new friends which is always nice, staff at the convenience store were very accommodating as well! read more

I am so surprised by the negative reviews that this RV park has received. We came here in Feb, 2016, on our way to Ft. Lauderdale. We originally booked for a week, but have kept changing our stay to a month at a time. Here are the positives: Clean Restrooms Convenience type store onsite. Full Service RV repairs. If something breaks, no need to pull your RV to be repaired. They come right to your door. Clean grounds. Garbage is picked up right at your RV, twice a day. RV supply store onsite. Different accommodations to fit everyone's needs. Friendly staff. Right across the street from the beach. Pool on site and is clean and well kept. Nice, large laundry room with many machines. Kept extra clean! You are right in the heart of everything!!! Most are within walking distance. Pet Friendly Family friendly Cons: The only con that we have experienced is that being in the heart of everything can be loud. What do you expect though. We are right on the beach front with all of the booming activity. Most of the noise dies down by 10:00. The park does an excellent job of keeping the noise level under control. Bottom line. One of the best RV parks that we have ever visited, and we have been all up and down the East Coast and now the Gulf. Check it out for yourself. I know you will not be disappointed. read more

Overall very good tent camping experience. Staff was awesome and bathrooms were impeccably clean. Only issue was the camp site was a little bit dirty with cigarette butts and the quiet hours aren't enforced. Nonetheless, we would camp there again and recommend it. read more

On site laundry facilities. Their pool was refurbished this year and is in really good shape. On site store for supplies. Offer storage services along with set up and break down service. I am not one to write reviews, but this was the craziest, most disappointing vacation I have had due to Campers Inn. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. When we arrived at Campers Inn, they had informed us that after someone leaves the cabin, it is swept and cleaned out. I had, wrongly apparently, assumed that the staff would also give at least a quick sweep and wipe down of the mattresses and table. When we arrived at our cabin, it was full of sand and ants. There also were multiple mysterious brown stains on the mattresses that could have been cleaned off by the staff members. We left our belongings to go to the grocery store, and when we came back, there were baby cockroaches in our bed post that were hiding in our personal bedding as well. There were also multiple cockroaches on the walls. When I called the after hours number 4 times and left a voicemail, no one answered. I had to book a hotel room at 10:30 that night and an airbnb at 1am for the rest of the trip, costing me an extra $311.98 for the trip. I got my credit card company on the phone and talked to Campers Inn and finally got them to refund us the money after all that hassle. I then sent an email to the manager requesting the extra money I spent and also trying to find a way to mitigate the situation. I called 4 times and 3 of the times they "put me on hold" only to have me hear them quietly talk about me and then hung up minutes later without a word. The fourth time, a worker told me they would personally remind the manager that I had sent an email, but I still have not gotten a response. I have videos and photos of the cleanliness issues. I am so disappointed with the Campers Inn facility, the staff members, and the manager. This is the worst service I have ever had. I would not recommend Campers Inn to my worst enemy. AWFUL. read more

My daughter and I rented a cabin for a week and we walk into our cabin to find what looks like blood all over the plastic on the mattress. We went right away and bought bleach cleaner and the whole cabin got wiped down before we thought about putting our stuff in there. It was absolutely filthy and quite disgusting! The paper towels were black every time we wiped something. The floors were not cleaned at all. We swept and had piles of sand on the floor. Thank goodness I brought rugs to put down to walk in barefooted. The bathrooms were always really gross and only got cleaned once a day at 8:00 A.M. Yup... really convenient time to clean... right when people get up and want to shower and use the restroom. The laundry room washers were dirty around the inside lid like they had never been wiped down. The pool was surprisingly clean. We had people in a cabin next to us who partied all night. My daughter watched the parents let their underage kids consume alcohol and crap in a piece of aluminum foil and toss it on the porch of the cabin next to them for reporting them the night before. There's a strip club right next door and you can hear the music thumping until 2 am. The staff was friendly but then again if I complained of all this they might not of been. I decided to clean up the cabin on my own because I know it was done right! If you want cheap for Panama City close to the beach this is the way to go if you can ignore those things! read more

Absolutely horrible . Nothing like city camping no fires no nothing . Yes nice that the beach is right across from the campground but, nothing like normal camping. The bathrooms where not kept up , the noise "quite time " was not informed we had a group of guys and girls behind us that blared their music til 3 am than woke us up at 6 am by having sex . While they knew and say that their tent was not but 4 feet away from ours and I had my 4 children. Just no respect. There's a pizza shop and some rides right by the camp site that we had to deal with the bright lights from the ride and people screaming all night on the ride. Unfortunately there is no refunds for any reason so needless to say we loaded up and headed out and lost out on 1 days worth that we paid for. I'll forget about the 35$ to not be woken up to what I did and worse of all checking out early let the stuff know what was going on said nothing about how late they where very loud but all she said was where they at least in the tent . Which is besides the point when theirs kids in the site behind and next to you and they where not quite about it one bit. All around the worse camping experience ever don't know if you can even call it camping it's located in a trailer park pretty much . Just horrible . Would not recommend let alone bring my children back. read more

One of the most disgusting bathrooms I have seen. We pulled in after 9pm and our site pedestal did not have electricity. Sites so close together. We stayed at the Campers Inn the week before the 4th of July. It was not a good stay. No shade and the heat index was over 100. Our little popups air conditioner could not keep up. We asked to go to a shaded lot but was told that we were camping odd days(tues through sun) so they would not give us a good spot. It was as close to the beach as it said but you had to cross the main road in order to get there, taking your life in your hands. We knew Panama City was a party place during spring break, but had no idea this campground was party central EVERY NIGHT during the summer. Club La Vela is across the street and their neon sign flashes all night long. People played their stereos until 2 am and zipped around in their cute little golf carts all night long yelling at each other and revving their car engines. The staff was rude and unhelpful. IF we ever come back to Panama City we will stay at the state campground which was lovely and had a wonderful swim area with chairs to rent. That week cost us almost $400 just for the camping and it is the worse camping experience that we have ever had. It was like camping in a parking lot in the Sahara desert. They should have given our money back, but would not even give us the military discount we were told about. read more
