EXTREMELY nice guy! Best bondsman in the entire Springfield area! Highly recommend. 10/10read more

.... ..... . Josh…read morewas really great at the beginning, for hire he requested that I get a cosigner which I surprisingly did even though I didn't need one for my new vehicle or first apartment, but I said ok and got my fiancés (the person incarcerated) Dad to cosign for us. As far as payment, I handled all of that completely on my own, his Dad literally only signed a paper and that was the extent of his involvement. I took out a loan to pay Josh and get my finance out. I didn't need a co-signer for that either. I paid Josh in full & he got him out of jail, after which he asked me to leave him a good review, which at the time, I did. But I paid him in full, on time, and again had to take out an emergency loan of $1500 to cover it all. Josh spoke with my finances Dad (co-signer) almost on a weekly basis once he was released and home. I didn't have a phone at the time, but would text him from a neighbors phone once or twice a week. He was constantly talking with my Father in law, making sure to always knowing where my finance was, where he was working, where he lived and who with. My Father in law would then relay any info back to me and vice verse, including our approaching court date. My Father in law ensured Josh that my finance and I would for sure be at court as we fully intended to be. Even though my finance would rarely attend court dates in his past, he knew that this time was different and that he had to go. The morning of court we got up early, dressed nice, used the neighbors phone to call and pay for an uber to get there, and arrived on time- early actually. Once the judge called him to address his case, she wasted no time and said that his bondsman had dropped his case and was no longer representing him due to a lack of communication, that he was not reachable directly by phone- even though he heard from me on a regular basis and almost daily from his Father/cosigner, they spoke the day before court- about the court date! The judge stated that since Josh had dropped him that she was revoking his bond and sending him back to jail immediately. The bailiff cuffed him on the stand and took him away. We weren't asked any questions, told anything else further, and had no idea how long he'd be locked up for. This is after I paid him in full- after me and his Dad keeping in contact with him, after showing up to court! All of that money I paid him and the loan and interest it accrued, I never received any of that back. Haven't got my finance back either. That was in November of 2025, it's May 2026 and he's still gone. Thanks Josh but this review isn't going to be as nice as my first one.
